The results of research on increasing resistance of winter wheat varieties of different geographical origins to adverse weather conditions in the zone of unstable moistening in the North-Eastern Forest Steppe of Ukraine have been summarized. Rational use of agrometeorological resources made it possible to determine optimal terms of work on the elements of cultivation technology, taking into account weather conditions of the current year nd on their basis, to improve adaptive technologies for growing winter wheat varieties. This contributed to increase of yielding capacity, quality of grain and sustainability of agriculture. The results of research on the influence of growing technology and its individual elements on the growth, development and photosynthetic activity of corn plants hybrid Moreland F 1 under conditions of Western region of Ukraine are presented. The purpose of the research was to determine influence of cultivation technology elements on the formation and efficiency of assimilation apparatus of sweet corn plants. Research was conducted during 2019-2021 on sod-podzolic soil using field, calculation-weighting, and mathematical-statistical methods. Dynamics peculiarities of individual leaf surface area of the plant and agrocenosis of corn as a whole by the stages of crop development have been determined. Based on the results of statistical and correlation analyses, dependences between main indices of photosynthetic activity and corn yielding capacity, as well as those that change the most under influence of agrotechnology elements, were determined. Reaction of the crop on the change in intensity level of cultivation technology has been established, which is manifested through the functional response of individual photosynthetic plant system and the crop as a whole and is expressed in strengthening of their assimilation activity. Optimal limits of biometric indices of photosynthetic activity of sweet corn plants in crops when being reached, a productive grain yield is formed, have been presented.

Мета. В умовах зони нестійкого зволоження північно-східного Лісостепу України ставилось за мету екологічне вивчення сортів пшениці озимої різних за географічним походженням. Оцінити можливість раціонального використання агрометеорологічних ресурсів. На їх основі удосконалити адаптивні технології вирощування зернових культур в умовах зони нестійкого зволоження. Це сприятиме росту кількісних і якісних показників урожайності, валовому збору зерна та підвищенню стійкості землеробства. Методи. Польові досліди, доповнені лабораторними дослідженнями. Для обробки отриманих даних використовували методи математичної статистики. Статистична обробка врожайних даних проводилась методом дисперсійного аналізу з використанням пакету прикладних програм Statistica for Windows, Microsoft Excel. Супутні спостереження, обліки та аналізи проводили за «Методикою Державного сортовипробування сільськогосподарських культур». Результати. При екологічному сортовипробуванні найбільшу урожайність отримано у сортів: Гармоніка – 8,87 т/га, Здобна – 8,82 т/га Інституту рослинництва ім. В.Я. Юр’єва НААН; Охтирчанка Ювілейна – 8,48 т/га, Воздвиженка – 8,38 т/га Іванівської дослідно-селекційної станції Інституту біоенергетичних культур і цукрових буряків НААН; Царівна – 9,46 т/га, Рось – 8,85 т/га, Щедра нива – 8,70 т/га, Відрада – 8,67 т/га, Легенда білоцерківська – 8,14 т/га Білоцерківської дослідно-селекційної станції Інституту біоенергетичних культур і цукрових буряків НААН; Пилипівка – 8,28 т/га, Перепілка – 8,03 т/га Селекційно-генетичного інституту – Національного центру насіннєзнавства та сортовивчення НААН; Богдана – 8,94 т/га, МІП Ассоль – 8,90 т/га, МІП Дніпрянка – 8,54 т/га, Трудівниця Миронівська – 8,46 т/га, Подолянка – 8,44 т/га Миронівського інституту пшениці ім. В.М. Ремесла НААН; Краєвид – 9,58 т/га, Співанка Поліська – 8,94 т/га, Столична – 8,20 т/га ННЦ «Інституту землеробства НААН». В умовах 2020 року зерно пшениці озимої більшості сортів за показниками якості відповідно 2 та 3 класам. В середньому за сортами найвищими показниками якості характеризувались сорти Іванівської дослідно-селекційної станції Інституту біоенергетичних культур і цукрових буряків НААН де вміст білка та клейковини становив 13, 3 та 26,4%, відповідно. А найнижчі показники якості зерна за сортами відмічено у Білоцерківської дослідно-селекційної станції Інституту біоенергетичних культур і цукрових буряків на рівні 12,4% білка та 23,5% клейковини. Висновки. В умовах зони нестійкого зволоження північно-східного Лісостепу України дослідили процеси формування рівня продуктивності та якості зерна сортами пшениці озимої. Дали оцінку стійкості апробованих генотипів до конкретних погодних умов вегетаційного періоду. Визначили сорти (різні за походженням), які вирізнялись високим адаптивним потенціалом. За таких умов найвищий рівень індивідуальної продуктивності забезпечили сорти: Краєвид, Царівна, Співанка Поліська, Богдана, МІП Ассоль, Гармоніка, Рось, Здобна, Щедра нива, Відрада, МІП Дніпрянка, Охтирчанка Ювілейна, Трудівниця Миронівська, Подолянка, Воздвиженка.

The nutrient use efficiency of maize hybrids from the soil or through fertilizers is considered. Cultivation of modern hybrids requires determining the necessary rate of fertilizer to get the planned yield, taking into account their potential productivity and weather conditions. In the absence of data of nutrient uptake for new hybrids, it is proposed to use an indicator of their level of intensity, which is calculated by the ratio of the actual yield and its normative (calculated) value. Studies were conducted in 2018 and 2019 in the fields of the Institute of Agriculture of the Northeast of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Soil – chernozem typical leached (Endocalcis Chernozem). Three maize (Zea mays L.) hybrids of Ukrainian selection were used: Zoryany (FAO 190), Leleka (FAO 260) and Donor (FAO 310). The vegetation seasons 2018-2019 were characterized as very arid (hydrothermal coefficient of Selianinov (HTC) 0.45-0.46). The calculated rate intensity of hybrids on average of two years was 1.07 at sites without fertilizers, and 1.36 at sites with fertilizers (N100 P45 K45). The efficiency of soils N,P,K use increases by application of mineral fertilizers. The nutrients output from the soil: nitrogen ‒ 53.8-71.4 %, phosphorus ‒ 20.0-26.6 % and potassium ‒ 65.4-86.8 %. The relative effect of fertilizers on the yield decreases, therefore, rate of natural fertility in the growth of the crop on fertilized soil increases. Due to the natural fertility of soils, the yield of all hybrids increased by an average of 1.33-1.46 t/ha with N100 P45 K45 applying. The dependence of yield of all maize hybrids on hydrothermal conditions in June was obtained. It was found that, all other things being equal, the yield is directly correlated with the FAO index of the hybrid. The payback of mineral fertilizers is estimated as 0.86-1.14 t / c
