Введение. Борьба с факторами риска (ФР) сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) в молодом возрасте значительно уменьшает риски будущих ССЗ и смерти. Влияние факторов кардиоваскулярного риска у студентов важно вследствие значительного напряжения всех резервов организма в процессе обучения. Цель исследования. Провести анализ распространенности ФР ССЗ, а также их сочетание среди студентов г. Бишкек для целенаправленной профилактики осложнений. Пациенты и методы. Обследованы 295 студентов 1-3 курсов г. Бишкек (Кыргызская Республика) с изучением антропометрических и поведенческих ФР. Результаты. Среди студентов выявлена высокая распространенность, в первую очередь, поведенческих (низкое употребление овощей и фруктов, низкая физическая активность), а затем -антропометрических (избыточная масса тела, ожирение) ФР ССЗ и их частое сочетание. 2 и более ФР выявлены сравнительно чаще у студентов Кыргызского государственного университета имени И. Арабаева (КГУ) и Кыргызского государственного технического университета имени И. Раззакова (КГТУ), чем у студентов Кыргызской государственной медицинской академии имени И.К. Ахунбаева (КГМА). Заключение. Своевременную и целенаправленную профилактику ССЗ у студентов вузов г. Бишкек необходимо начинать уже на первом курсе, в первую очередь, рекомендовать употребление достаточного количества овощей и фруктов и увеличение физической активности.Ключевые слова: факторы риска, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, студенты, нерегулярное употребление овощей и фруктов, низкая физическая активность, избыточная масса тела.Конфликт интересов: Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
