The current state of the market for the production of aerated concrete in the Russian Federation and its prospects are considered. Every year, the production of cellular concrete is constantly increasing due to the construction of new plants that produce the most advanced technologies with the use of modernized equipment. However, there are technological and prescription raw materials issues. Therefore, the development of new technologies for the production of cellular concrete products due to the improvement, modernization and development of fundamentally new technological methods is highly important. The technologies for producing multilayer cellular concrete designs with a variational structure are considered. This allows to get products with high performance that meets modern requirements for energy efficiency and durability. The method of layered pouring of a cellular concrete mixture into a form with removable partitions is proposed for creating a single-layer construction of cellular concrete with variable density over the section. The integral principle is shown from small ones at the periphery, to large ones in the middle of the block, taking into account the rheological characteristics of cellular concrete mixtures and the foaming time. They provide the possibility of obtaining a design with a smooth transition of the structural heat-insulating layer to the layer without seams, air gaps and other possible defects arising during the molding of three-layer structures from non-uniform materials.
Аннотация. В современном строительстве жилых и общественных зданий наряду с прочностью строительных конструкций, влияющей на долговечность зданий, учитывается и их внешний вид, который играет одну из важнейших ролей в современной архитектуре города. Новейшие строительные материалы, использующиеся в процессе отделки несущих и ограждающих конструкций зданий, отличаются не только приданием индивидуального внешнего стиля объекту капитального строительства, но и достаточно высокими прочностными характеристиками. Это позволяет применять их в различных климатических зонах и комбинировать в самых разнообразных вариантах. Современные фасады характеризуются не только красивым экстерьером, но и высокой функциональностью. Именно сочетание практичности, надежности, внешней привлекательности и доступной цены и является главной отличительной чертой новейших фасадных систем. В статье проанализированы различные варианты изменения внешнего облика фасадов жилых зданий при проведении капитального ремонта, реконструкции или реновации жилого фонда, в том числе применение навесных вентилируемых фасадов и современных технологий производства облицовочных материалов. Например, биобетон, «прозрачный» бетон, различные огнезащитные покрытия, паронепроницаемые мембраны и стеклянные фасадные панели. Рассмотрен инновационный зарубежный опыт производства современных высокоэффективных облицовочных материалов и технологий монтажа навесных вентилируемых фасадов, а также перспективы применения таких технологий в российских условиях при проведении капитальных ремонтов и работ по реконструкции и реновации жилого фонда.
PERSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT OF LIFTING WITH USE OF TEXTILE SLINGS There are positive qualities of textile and round slings in the article, was given a characteristic of materials from which it's made off and also deformation and mechanical characteristics. Were showed conditions and requirements for lifting equipment on which textile slings especially are perspective in reconstruction and repair. Thanks to the development of the production of high-strength synthetic fibers, the use of textile slings has become available for large plants and for small enterprises. At present, textile slings are becoming Вестник БГТУ им. В.Г. Шухова 2018, №7 32 increasingly popular with load-handling devices. The lightness, flexibility and high lifting capacity of this type of sling allows to solve many tasks in the field of lifting and moving loads, which until recently were considered impossible. In some cases, they are the only possible device for tying and stitching cargo. Mostly it concerns goods that need careful handling. Mostly perspective direction of improvement of fabric flexible slings by authors opinion is use with slings ofquick deconnecting locks between hardware of sling and sling. It allows to applyhardware of sling of different structure in dependence of lifting conditions.
