В материалах приводится сравнительный анализ проявления агрессии у современных девочек и мальчиков. В отечественной и зарубежной психологии достаточно исследований по проблеме агрессивности, однако абсолютное большинство этих работ касается взрослых и детей более старших возрастных групп (напри- мер, подростков); почти все исследования о детях восьми лет выполнены отечественными психологами в середине – конце 20-го в., и практически отсутствуют работы об особенностях агрессивности у современных детей анализируемого возраста. Авторам работы не удалось обнаружить эмпирические исследования о половых различиях в проявлении агрессивности у детей данного возраста, о связи одного из самых важных и интересных психологических феноменов с другими психологическими характеристиками детей 8 лет. Объектом исследования выступили респонденты в возрасте 8 лет, учащиеся 1-ых классов средних школ. Методический инструментарий исследования включил в себя тесты«Несуществующее животное» и С. Розенцвейга, Р. Кеттелла (12 CPQ), опросник А. И. Тащёвой «Атрибутивное сопровождение общения» («АСО»). Основные результаты исследования позволили продемонстрировать: выявленные типичные способы поведения детей 8 лет во фрустрирующих ситуациях; общие половые особенности реакций детей на конфликт безотносительно их пола; специфические реакции в конфликте детей с повышенной и высокой агрессивностью и детей с «нормативной» и низкой агрессивностью. Полученные результаты исследования могут быть полезны психологам, педагогам и родителям для эффективного взаимопонимания и взаимодействия с детьми 8 лет, для создания программы психологической помощи, направленной на снижение уровня агрессивности мальчиков и девочек исследуемого возраста.
