Аммосова ГОТОВНОСТЬ К ВНУТРЕННЕЙ ТРУДОВОЙ МИГРАЦИИ ЖИТЕЛЕЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ САХА (ЯКУТИЯ) [1] Аннотация: В статье изложены результаты исследования готовности к внутренней трудовой миграции жителей Западной экономической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия). Рассмотрены вопросы потенциальной мобильности трудоспособного населения, проанализирован системный подход к данному феномену как проявлению самоорганизации человека. Целью исследования явилось изучение потенциальной внутренней мобильности у трудоспособного населения Республики Саха (Якутия). Приведены результаты исследования социально-психологической детерминации готовности к трудовой мобильности. Потенциальная мобильность трудоспособного населения определяется сферой профессиональной деятельности респондентов и особенностями мотивации труда. Обнаружена специфика в готовности к трудовой миграции в зависимости от сферы деятельности. Значимую роль в готовности к внутренней трудовой миграции играет наличие у респондентов опыта проживания в других районах. Большое значение в формировании готовности в внутренней миграции помимо материального фактора имеют благоприятные условия труда.
