Цель и задачи исследования – оценка эпизоотической ситуации по лептоспирозу животных в Якутии, условий формирования территорий и групп повышенного риска с определением этиологической структуры серогрупп лептоспироза, циркулирующих в регионе. Объекты исследования: крупный и мелкий рогатый скот, якутские лошади, свиньи. Оценка эпизоотической ситуации по лептоспирозу животных проведена на основе данных ветеринарной статистической отчетности Департамента ветеринарии Республики Саха (Якутия) за 2003–2018 гг., лабораторные исследования методом ПЦР и РМА были выполнены на базе ГБУ «Якутская республиканская ветеринарно-испытательная лаборатория». Установлено, что лептоспироз в Якутии имеет значительное распространение. За этот период было установлено 247 неблагополучных пунктов по лептоспирозу животных. Наибольшее число неблагополучных пунктов регистрируется среди лошадей (62,3 %) и крупного рогатого скота (24,7 %). Также заболевание регистрируется у свиней (5,7 %), мелкого рогатого скота (3,2 %) и среди диких животных (1,6 %). На начало 2019 г. в республике зарегистрировано всего 13 неблагополучных пунктов по лептоспирозу животных, в том числе по крупному рогатому скоту – 1, лошадям – 10, мелкому рогатому скоту – 2. Наибольшее распространение лептоспироз получил в коневодческих хозяйствах Центральной (Амгинский, Мегино-Кангаласский, Таттинский) и Вилюйской (Нюрбинский, Верхневилюйский, Вилюйский, Сунтарский) зонах республики. Динамика эпизоотического процесса в период 2003–2010 гг. характеризуется повышением среднего показателя заболеваемости и снижением в последующие годы. Установлено, что серопозитивные животные выявляются круглогодично, наибольшее количество положительных результатов выявлено в периоды: апрель-июнь и ноябрь-декабрь. Наиболее распространенными серогруппами среди сельскохозяйственных животных являются L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. Grip-potyphosa, L. canicola, L. pomona, L. tarassovi. В 2018 г. вакцинацией против лептоспироза было охвачено 384 407 голов домашних и сельскохозяйственных животных. Однако среди домашних северных оленей исследования на лептоспироз фактически не проводятся в связи с труднодоступностью оленеводческих хозяйств.
