In the context of the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic, which led to a regime of self-isolation, serious problems have emerged in the country's economy. And the weakest link in this situation was small business in the service industries. The survival of the small economy sector has cast doubt on the achievement of the growth prospects previously outlined in the spatial development Strategy until 2025. The priority is the implementation of a package of government measures to support small business. Excessive selectivity of the state policy to preserve small businesses in the country does not guarantee financial assistance to all small entrepreneurs in need and does not sufficiently take into account their regional specificity.
