Исследовано деформационное поведение алюминий-графенового металломатричного композита (ММК) с содержанием графена 2 мас.% при температуре 300 °С. Исследуемый ММК синтезирован в Институте высокотемпературной электрохимии УрО РАН. Получены экспериментальные данные по предельной пластичности ММК. В качестве характеристики предельной пластичности использовали величину степени деформации сдвига в момент разрушения, которая является функцией коэффициента напряженного состояния, а также коэффициента Лоде-Надаи. Для исследования предельной пластичности использовали следующие виды испытаний: испытания на растяжение гладких цилиндрических образцов и образцов с кольцевой выточкой на боковой поверхности; испытания на растяжение и сжатие образцов типа «колокольчик»; испытания образцов в виде толстостенного стаканчика с утонением донышка. По результатам исследований выполнена идентификация диаграммы предельной пластичности композита при температуре 300 °С. Установлено, что графен вызывает увеличение пластических свойств алюминия даже в условиях преобладающих растягивающих напряжений. Однако его влияние существенно зависит от вида напряженного состояния, в котором находится металл в процессе деформации. Так, в испытаниях на растяжение гладких цилиндрических образцов композит обладает практически неограниченной пластичностью. Образцы пластически деформировались до момента, пока не происходило физическое разделение частей образца в месте разрушения, а площадь сечения образца в шейке стремилась к нулю. Однако при испытаниях образцов в виде толстостенного стаканчика с утонением донышка в условиях растягивающих напряжений влияние графена на пластические свойства ММК нивелируется. При этом в условиях преобладающих сжимающих напряжений пластичность исследованного ММК значительно увеличивается для всех видов испытаний. Выполнено сравнение полученной диаграммы предельной пластичности с диаграммами предельной пластичности технически чистого алюминия и ММК с содержанием графена 1 мас.%. Установлено, что с увеличением содержания графена пластические свойства материала увеличиваются.
