Мета. Встановити вплив різних видів добрив на формування асиміляційної поверхні, продуктивність рослин томата та якість плодів за краплинного зрошення на Півдні України. Методи. Використовували загальнонаукові методи : польовий, лабораторний, вимірювально-розрахунковий, порівняльний, математично-статистичний та системний аналіз. Результати. Дослідженнями встановлено, що за режиму краплинного зрошення з призначенням поливів за передполивної вологості грунту 80% НВ внесення мінеральних добрив дозою (N109P101K72) сприяє збільшенню площі асиміляційної поверхні рослин томата сорту ‘Кумач’ на 0,85 тис. м2/ га порівняно з контролем (без добрив). За передпосівного внесення органічного добрива Біопроферм (6 т/га), що є рівнозначним за діючою речовиною с мінеральному живленню, приріст асиміляційного апарату рослин томата був найбільшим у досліді – 1,83 тис. м2/га. Фотосинтетичний потенціал за органічного удобрення становив 1089,55 тис.м2*діб/га, що на 113,59 тис.м2*діб/ га більше контролю. При застосуванні всіх видів добрив відзначено сповільнення зменшення (відмирання) листкового апарату рослин у фазу масового достигання плодів. Внесення органічних добрив створює умови для формування найбільшої врожайності плодів – 79,5 т/га. Внесення біодобрива сприяло покращенню показників якості плодів, а саме збільшенню вмісту розчинних сухих речовин, загальних цукрі, вітаміну С та зниження кислотності соку. Висновки. За безрозсадного способу вирощування рослини томата сорту ‘Кумач’ формували найбільшу площу асиміляційної поверхні та фотосинтетичний потенціал у фазу плодоутворення. Внесення мінеральних добрив та біодобрива Біопроферм сприяє збільшенню площі листкового апарату та фотосинтетичного потенціалу рослин порівняно з неудобреним контролем. За органічного удобрення якість плодів була вищою порівняно із застосуванням мінеральних добрив.
