Введение. Базальноклеточная карцинома является наиболее распространенным злокачественным новообразованием кожи. Целью лечения пациентов является радикальное удаление опухоли. Применение CO2-лазера может быть альтернативным методом лечения в ситуациях, в которых другие методы лечения невозможны или недоступны. Цель исследования. Оценить эффективность и косметический результат использования сверхимпульсного СО2-лазера для лечения пациентов с различными клиническими подтипами базальноклеточного рака кожи. Материалы и методы. В ретроспективное исследование были включены 40 пациентов с 56 очагами гистологически подтвержденного базальноклеточного рака кожи, получавших лечение с применением СО2 лазера в условиях консультативно-диагностического центра ФГБУ «ГНЦДК» Минздрава РФ в период с 2018 по 2020 гг. Результаты. Из 56 очагов базальноклеточного рака кожи ― 33 (59%) очага, клинически, дерматоскопически и патоморфологически проявившие себя как поверхностные и 23 (41%) ― как нодулярные. Из 56 поражений 50 очагов (89,2%) были излечены за один сеанс, и только шесть очагов (10,8%) рецидивировали. Отличный и удовлетворительный косметический результат лечения в исследованной выборке составил 86% случаев. Наилучший косметический результат был отмечен при лазерной деструкции очагов базальноклеточного рака кожи локализованных в области лица и имеющих размер до 5 мм (р=0,015), Заключение. Использование CO2-лазерной деструкции является адекватным методом лечения пациентов с базальноклеточным раком кожи, в том числе со множественными очагами, размером не более 2 см в диаметре, поверхностного и нодулярного гистологического подтипов с приемлемым косметическим результатом.
