Среди распространенных эндокринных патологий в последние десятилетия на первом месте стоит сахарный диабет. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, к 2030 году в мире количество больных сахарным диа-бетом увеличится до 366 млн человек. Гипергликемия увеличивает распространенность воспалительных заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта, воспалительных изменений пародонта, утяжеляя течение процесса и снижая качество лечения. В данной статье рассматривается влияние воспалительных заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта и гликемического контроля на уровни ИЛ-1b в десневой жидкости у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа.Цель. Изучение влияния тяжести воспалительных заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта и гликемического контроля на уровни ИЛ-1b в десневой жидкости у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа.Методология. В процессе исследования были проведены забор плазмы крови для определения уровней гликиро-ванного гемоглобина, собраны образцы десневой жидкости для определения уровней ИЛ-1b у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа, имеющих различные заболевания слизистой оболочки рта.Результаты. В результате проведенного нами исследования показано значительное увеличение уровней воспали-тельного медиатора ИЛ-1b в десневой жидкости у пациентов с инсулинозависимым сахарным диабетом с заболеваниями слизистой оболочки рта и явлениями хронического пародонтита.Выводы. Наше исследование демонстрирует, что гипергликемия влияет на повышение уровня воспалительного медиатора ИЛ-1b в десневой жидкости, что приводит к повышению частоты и тяжести воспалительных заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта и воспалительных изменений пародонта у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа. АннотацияПредмет. Сахарный диабет является хроническим заболеванием, которым страдают несколько сотен миллионов людей. При наличии сахарного диабета 1 типа возникают ксеростомия, нарушение микроциркуляции, регенерации эпителия, изменение местного иммунитета, накопление гликированного гемоглобина, что нарушает поступление питательных веществ и снижает сопротивляемость тканей к воздействию чужеродных микроорганизмов, приводя к формированию трудно поддающейся лечению хронической механической травмы слизистой оболочки рта.Цель -провести анализ эффективности комплексного метода лечения хронической механической травмы слизи-стой оболочки рта у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа на основании данных клинического, стоматологического, иммунологического, социологического методов исследования и функционального исследования сосудов.Методология. Были изучены стоматологический, клинический статусы, общесоматические показатели качества жизни, местный иммунологический статус и состояние гемодинамики слизистой оболочки рта до и после лечения хронических травм слизистой рта у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа традиционным методом в сравнении с раз-работанной нами схемой.Результаты. В результате проведенного исследования показано, что лечение хронических травм слизистой оболочки рта у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа по предложенной нами методике эффективнее по сравнению с традици-онным лечением: на 20% улучшились показатели стоматологического статуса, клинической симптоматики и цитокинового профиля, полностью исчезли воспалительные изменения слизистой рта, на 50% улучшилось качество жизни, состояние микроциркуляторного русла слизистой оболочки рта достигло цифр контрольной группы.Выводы. При применении предложенной нами методики лечения хронической механической травмы у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа терапия с использованием физиотерапевтического лазерного аппарата «Оптодан» с 5% р-ром мексидола и масла «Озонид» доказала свою высокую эффективность.
