In this study we aimed to determine the extent to which changes in the share of renewable energy sources, their structural complex, and the level of energy security in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (EECCA) countries in the medium- and long-term are interconnected. The study was performed through modeling and determination of the structural characteristics of energy security in the countries. The methodology of the approach to modeling was based on solving the problem of nonlinear optimization by selecting a certain scenario. For the study, the data of EECCA countries were used. The ability of EECCA countries to benefit from long-term indirect and induced advantages of the transformation period depends on the extent to which their domestic supply chains facilitate the deployment of energy transformation and induced economic activity. This study provides an opportunity to assess the degree of influence of renewable energy sources on the level of energy security of countries in the context of energy resource diversification. The high degree of influence of renewable energy sources on energy security in the EECCA countries has been proven in the implementation of the developed scenarios for its increase. Energy security is growing. At the same time, its level depends not only on an increase in the share of renewable sources but also on the structure of energy resources complex of countries, and the development of various renewable energy sources. Therefore, today the EECCA countries are forced not only to increase the share of renewable energy sources but also to attach strategic importance to the structural content of their energy complex.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the movement towards visualization in e-learning. The study methods include a survey and a theoretical modeling method. The study focuses on analyzing data from the 2020 public opinion survey “School graduates and students expressed their opinion on distance education” by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) and develops a four-tier framework model for e-learning content visualization that integrates four theories of learning, namely behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and activism. The results indicate that visualization in e-learning as a trend is strongly associated with global information and communication technologies (ICTs) development. The survey by VCIOM found that 38% of surveyed students in Russia viewed their educational institutions as averagely equipped for online distance learning, 22% - well-equipped, 26% - rather well-equipped, 12% - rather poorly equipped, and 7% - poorly equipped. This study offers content visualization framework that will make it possible to organize the teaching and learning process.

Вступ. Після Другої світової війни в країнах Західної та Східної Європи, внаслідок воєнних руйнувань та зростання населення, виникла житлова криза, для розв'язання якої в 50-ті роки XX століття було розпочато будівництво значної кількості низьковартісних малометражних квартир. Проблематика. Зважаючи на масовість, питанням споживчої якості введених в експлуатацію квартир, їх комфортабельності, довговічності й енергоекономічності приділялася незначна увага. Вже до початку 80-х років XX ст. ці будинки не відповідали нормативно-технічним вимогам і потребували проведення робіт з їх реконструкції. У низці країн Європи цю проблему вдало вирішили, тоді як в Україні вона актуальна й сьогодні. Мета. Введення єдиних конструктивних схем при реконструкції будинків перших масових серій (ПМС) на території України шляхом встановлення можливості перепланування розташованих в них квартир для підвищення якості проживання майбутніх мешканців. Матеріали й методи. Аналіз заходів та публікацій щодо стану та можливостей реконструкції будинків ПМС. Результати. Розглянуто сутність і особливості реконструкції житлових будинків перших масових серій згаданого періоду з огляду на стан їх конструкцій з урахуванням досвіду в країнах Західної та Східної Європи. Розроблено документ, який є етапом верифікації стратегії реконструкції, його розділено на два додаткові тести: 1) тест-додаток трьох тематичних досліджень у Бельгії, Франції та Швейцарії; 2) тест на перспективи взаємодії з зацікавленими сторонами-інвесторами, власниками житла й органами державного управління. Висновки. Розглянуто конструктивні системи при реконструкції будинків ПМС на території України. Наведено єдину схему перепланування зазначених будинків з різними конструктивними системами. Purpose. The scientific paper is aimed: 1) to analyze the existing decision-making methods; 2) to characterize each type of the methods that have practical application in the project management theory; 3) to divide the presented methods into the sense groups; 4) to determine which of these groups should be used for decision-making in project management in three cases: a) when the object is a project; b) when the object is a program; c) when the object is a project portfolio. Methodology. It was carried out a comparative analysis of the existing decision-making methods, as well as it was studied the possibility of their use for different controlled objects of project manager. Findings. As a result of the analysis all of the methods have been divided into two categories: formal and logical-intuitive (informal) ones. It was determined which methods are equally appropriate to apply for all controlled objects of project manager, and which methods will not be effective for a particular object. The analysis showed that some of the decision-making methods are not suitable for use in the management of the certain object. It is concluded that they should be improved and adapted to the specific object of management. Originality. Solution of the problem of decision-making in project management was further developed, as well as it was analyzed the application of different decision-making methods for three controlled objects: project, program and portfolio. Practical value. Decision-making in project management has a direct influence on the result, which is expected to receive. The quality of decisions, in turn, depends on the correct method chosen in the given circumstances. The recommended improvement of certain methods will allow the project manager to make better and more efficient solution.
