Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is one of the most common pathologic neonatal states. At present, there are no normative documents, regulating organization of rehabilitation activities for premature babies who had hyperbilirubinemia in the neonatal period in the Republic of Belarus. The follow-up for such children is realized depending on their pathology at the moment of admission to a children`s polyclinic. As a result of the carried out research, new clinical organization approaches have been developed for the follow-up on the premature babies at the out-patient stage of rendering medical aid.
Influence of hormones of a thyroid gland and thyroid-stimulating hormone of mothers on changes in a brain of prematurely born children is studied at ultrasonic research. It is established, that laboratory parameters of function of a thyroid gland of mothers within the limits of norm. However, at children with intraventricular haemorrhages the level fТ4 and ТSH authentically is higher than mothers in comparison with children without intraventricular haemorrhages.
