Протезирование верхних конечностей требуется при многих заболеваниях и состояниях, в том числе врожденных. Состояние российского здравоохранения в сфере оказания реабилитационных услуг при протезировании верхних конечностей у детей ранее не изучалось. Цель исследования-изучить текущее состояние и проблемы реабилитации детей, нуждающихся в протезировании верхних конечностей вследствие врожденных заболеваний. Методы. Проведено одномоментное качественное исследование-глубинное полуструктурированное интервью родителей детей, получивших активный протез верхних конечностей вследствие врожденных заболеваний в период с октября 2017 по апрель 2018 г. При интервьюировании родителей было задано 8 открытых и 13 закрытых вопросов о наличии и своевременности реабилитации, доступности, комплексности и индивидуальности подхода, соблюдении принципов этапности, преемственности и непрерывности, а также вовлеченности в реабилитацию. Интервью проходило непосредственно после получения ребенком активного протеза. Результаты. Опрошено 20 родителей детей в возрасте от 2 до 17 лет из 8 субъектов Российской Федерации. Реабилитационная помощь в прошлом (до установки активного протеза) была оказана 75% детей, из них в 93% случаев реабилитация проводилась только на 1-м этапе (в санаторно-курортном учреждении). Активный протез несвоевременно получили 90% детей. В 75% случаев был нарушен комплексный и индивидуальный подход к реабилитации. Во всех случаях ребенок и его семья не были активно вовлечены в реабилитационный процесс и отмечали низкую доступность реабилитации. Большинство родителей (80%) отметили, что для оплаты протеза использовали собственные средства. Заключение. Интервьюирование родителей детей, нуждающихся в протезировании верхних конечностей, выявило, что каждый четвертый ребенок не получал реабилитационной помощи. В случаях, когда реабилитация была проведена, было выявлено множество недостатков ее организации. Отмечена низкая осведомленность родителей в вопросах реабилитации и их низкая заинтересованность в изменении существующей системы оказания реабилитационной помощи.
