The paper presents the analysis of the dynamics development of Novosibirsk urban agglomeration, as well as the study of development of Novosibirsk's city proper as compared to the similar indicators of its suburbs. The authors emphasize that the lack of statistical base about socioeconomic development of urban agglomerations in Russia and approach to the analysis of the statistical information largely complicate the study of the agglomeration processes. Research has revealed the development trends similar to both the city proper and the suburbs of Novosibirsk that allowed authors to draw a conclusion about feasibility of formation and development of urban agglomeration.
Abstract. The paper is aimed at studying the influence of balanced housing sector development on the cohesion level of the socio-economic space (SES) in agglomerations. Statistical and comparative analytical techniques are used as the basic methods in this research. The paper presents indicators that measure the level of integration and balance in the housing sector. It proposes a set of mechanisms aimed at promoting a more balanced development of the housing sector in order to achieve SES cohesion in the Tomsk agglomeration. The relevance of the study is associated with intensification of agglomeration processes and the need for new methods and techniques to assess the balanced state of housing sector development in agglomeration SES.
The article evaluates the quality of working life in the Tomsk region and determines the impact of the working life quality indicators of the Tomsk region have on its GRP. Comparative analytical, correlation-regression, and expert evaluation methods were used as the main research methods. Dependencies between the indicators of quality of working life and GRP were established. A conclusion is that, on average, the region GRP for 80% depends on the quality of working life. Along with this, the possibility of change in pair correlation is not ruled out, because under the influence of events in social, political, and economic spheres the pairs may start correlating differently. To utilize these peculiarities when making managerial decisions all the above mentioned should be tracked and taken into account.

В статье проведено исследование влияния инфраструктуры городского хозяйства на региональное социально-экономическое развитие. Цели. Выявление степени влияния инфраструктуры городского хозяйства на региональное социально-экономическое развитие. В качестве исследуемого региона выступает Томская область. Временным интервалом для анализа является период 2011-2015 гг. с прогнозом на 2016 г. Методология. Исследование проведено на основе методов сравнительного анализа, корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, метода экспертной оценки. Результаты. В исследовании предложена система оценки, базирующаяся на показателях, которые характеризуют социально-экономическое развитие региона. Выявлены зависимости между социально-экономическими показателями и уровнем развития отдельных видов инфраструктуры городского хозяйства. Выводы. На основе анализа моделей зависимости показателей социально-экономического развития и показателей, характеризующих развитие городской инфраструктуры, сделан вывод о том, что в среднем социально-экономическое развитие региона на 90% зависит от уровня развития городской инфраструктуры. При этом необходимо принимать во внимание факт возможного изменения корреляции пар, поскольку со временем под влиянием событий в экономической, социальной и политической сферах пары могут начать коррелировать между собой иначе. Все это надо учитывать и отслеживать, перед тем как использовать эти особенности при принятии управленческих решений.
Research aim. The article considers the kinematic and dynamic parameters of the screen GISL-62 in order to improve the device for exciting mechanical vibration and the effective use of the screen because of the ISSN 0536-1028 «Известия вузов. Горный журнал», № 2, 2020 107 need to transfer it to the operation mode with increased frequency of vibrator shafts rotation and reduced amplitude of the box vibration. Research methodology. Methods of analytical research with the elements of dynamic and kinematic synthesis are used to specify the adjustment of the screen with the necessary kinematic parameters. Results. The studies of the differential equation of the steady-state screen motion are carried out to obtain the required amplitude of the screen box oscillations and the vibrator shaft rotation frequency. The necessary disturbing force created by the vibrator, the value of static moment of unbalance, the required number of vibration dampers in the screen box supports, the calculated power of motors and other parameters of the vibrator operation mode are determined. The strength and rigidity of the vibrator shafts is calculated considering the significant exciting forces created by the unbalance. The coefficient of the screen dynamics is calculated. Conclusions. The questions connected with defining parameters of the screen, necessary to transfer to a new operation mode are comprehensively settled.
