Выбраны оптимальные условия для проведения анализа препаратов низкомолекулярного гепарина (НМГ) методом ГепТест. Определены метрологические характеристики метода ГепТест. Проведен сравнительный анализ влияния 2 препаратов НМГ эноксапарина натрия — отечественного препарата Эноксапарин натрия (ООО «Технология лекарств», Россия) и оригинального препарата Клексан (Sanofi, Франция) на время свертывания человеческой плазмы в методе ГепТест. По результатам определения времени свертывания крови методом ГепТест были вычислены средние значения для каждого разведения каждой серии препаратов Эноксапарин натрия и Клексан. Построены графики зависимости времени свертывания плазмы от степени разведения этих препаратов. Показано, что форма кривых зависимости времени свертывания плазмы крови от активности эноксапарина натрия аналогична для препаратов Эноксапарин натрия и Клексан. Методом ГепТест показана сопоставимость препарата Эноксапарин натрия (ООО «Технология лекарств», Россия) с оригинальным препаратом Клексан (Sanofi, Франция).
В настоящее время актуальным является развитие эффективного производства препаратов нефракционированного гепарина (НФГ), широко применяемых в клинической практике. Система обеспечения качества получения фармацевтических препаратов по руководствам ВОЗ требует, в частности, применения специфических и избирательных методов контроля активности гепарина в препаратах и субстанциях. На основании созданной тест-системы разработан клоттинговый метод для измерения активности НФГ в его препаратах и субстанциях по рекомендуемому Государственной фармакопеей Российской Федерации коагулологическому методу. Метод был оценен по основным аналитическим характеристикам. Доказана сопоставимость результатов, полученных разработанным тестом, с таковыми при определении активности НФГ хромогенным методом, рекомендуемым Государственной и Европейской фармакопеями. Установленные правильность, чувствительность и воспроизводимость позволяют рекомендовать валидированный коагулологический метод и созданную тест-систему для внедрения в контроль производства НФГ.
