Цель исследования-изучение взаимосвязи между степенью расширения внутритазовых вен и выраженностью симптомов тазового венозного полнокровия (ТВП) у пациенток с варикозной болезнью таза (ВБТ). Материал и методы. Обследованы 42 больных в возрасте от 32 до 48 лет (в среднем 39,4±1,53 года) с ВБТ. В том числе у 22 женщин течение заболевания сопровождалось ТВП-1-я группа, у 20 пациенток признаки ТВП отсутствовали-2-я группа. Вульварный варикоз выявлен у 3 пациенток 1-й группы, у 11-во 2-й. Всем пациенткам выполнены ультразвуковое ангиосканирование и эмиссионная компьютерная томография тазовых вен. Результаты и обсуждение. Установлено, что значимым фактором в развитии ТВП и тазовых болей служит не степень расширения вен, а распространенность вовлечения в патологический процесс внутритазовых вен. Кроме того, получены значимые различия в количестве больных с вульварным варикозом в двух исследуемых группах: в 1-й группе-13,6%, во 2-й группе-55% с преобладанием более крупных диаметров вен наружных половых органов у больных 2-й группы. Корреляционный анализ показателей диаметра тазовых вен и выраженности хронических тазовых болей в 1-й группе продемонстрировал очень слабую связь (коэффициент корреляции 0,1) между этими параметрами. Во 2-й группе она отсутствовала, а в общей группе больных коэффициент корреляции составил 0,01, что также указывает на очень слабую связь между диаметром тазовых вен и хронической тазовой болью. Заключение. Клиническая картина ВБТ, наличие симптомов ТВП не зависят от степени расширения тазовых вен.
