In this article considered the thermotehnologi of roasting siderite ore using carbon dioxide conversion in the cycle with a gas turbine plant (GTP). Energy-efficient scheme of roasting ore is developed. Study the basic energy issues of the applicability and implementation of the scheme in the actual siderite ore processing.
This paper presents the results of studies using heat of liquid steel, which is lost in the crystallization of the latter after the release of the electric arc furnace to generate electricity. Simultaneously, we study the optimal proportion of liquid pig iron in the starting material of steel production with a view to the creation of electric arc process without external electric power consumption.Keywords-electric arc furnace; heat of molten steel; the proportion of iron; electricity independence
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
