The social and hygienic features of life and health of adolescents living in four regions of the Russian Federation (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Omsk and Pskov regions) have been studied. The regional features of life on the peculiarities of the family, the prevalence of unhealthy lifestyles, and satisfaction with the organization of training and professional orientation of students, employment, as well as indicators of health and quality of life associated with health were studied. The best indicators of health and quality of life associated with health were observed in adolescents of Omsk region, with the best characteristics of living conditions. The importance of the development of comprehensive regional prevention programs to reduce the risks to the health of adolescents is substantiated.
The study is devoted to the analysis of the experience of universities in the South of Russia in ensuring the accessibility of higher education to persons with disabilities through the introduction of digital services for the subsequent development of a flexible and adaptive monitoring system for assessing the effectiveness of training using digital services and remote technologies. This descriptive study aimed to analyze the following aspects of the concept of "availability" of digital services: organizational and procedural accessibility; adaptive accessibility; psychological and pedagogical accessibility; human resources as a condition of accessibility; information and resource availability; a reflexive component of accessibility. The study relied on the methods of analysis, generalization, questionnaire, methods of visualization of study results. The research results showed the need to restructure the tools used for testing the monitoring system, develop the methodological guidelines for universities regarding the application of the monitoring system. In the result of the study, three groups of proposals were formulated to individualize educational trajectories and accompany students with disabilities via the means of digital services. The study showed the importance of improving the functionality of the university's information and educational environment in terms of creating the possibility of consolidating information about a student with disabilities at all stages of higher education.
Underground corrosion is referred to the most difficult types of corrosion in connection with that it is multifactorial and differs in progressive dynamics of the participation of each parameter in the process of destruction of the metal. With the aim of the evaluation of the informativeness of the index of the biocorrosion activity caused by the influence of various factors to determine the character of the soil aggressiveness in the district of pipeline laying there was studied the complex of microbiological and physical-chemical indices). There was determined the amount of sulfur cycle bacteria (autotrophic thiobacteria and sulphate-reducing bacteria), the total concentration of sulfur and iron in the soil samples adjacent to the surface of the underground pipelines in the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District of Yugra, and the ratio of these indices with a specific electrical resistance of the soil. There was established the predominance ofsamples with weak aggressiveness of the soil (55.17% of cases), with the criterion ofbiocorrosion soil activity of 2,44 ± 0,19. The results show significant differences in the thiobacteria content and mobile iron in the studied soil-ground samples. There was revealed a direct correlation of the average force of concentrations of identified bacteria and iron content in the soil. There was shown the necessity of the implementation of dynamic control and the development of methods of protection of metal structures to prevent biocorrosion in the design and in the process of the operation of the pipeline.
Obesity is one of the most serious problems of the modern world, especially it is relevant for children. We studied the expediency of using М+2σR criteria as the upper limit of the body mass norm when developing norms for the physical development of the child population. We came to the conclusion that we should use М-1,0σR criteria as the lower limit and М+1,5σR as the upper limit during medical examinations of children.
