В статье проанализирован изотопный состав тяжёлых металлов и их антропогенное происхождение, включая промышленные выбросы завода алюминиевого литья, выхлопные газы, происходящие от регулярного воздействия транспортных средств, а также пылевых бурь. В результате исследований показано, что самое высокое содержание тяжёлых металлов в почве в придорожных зелёных поясах и самым низким на удалении от источников загрязнений. Показана возможность использования беспозвоночных животных в качестве биоиндикаторов состояния почвы, поскольку микроартроподы остро реагируют на изменение окружающей среды. Загрязнение почвы, в том числе и в результате техногенной нагрузки, оказывает существенное влияние на качество воды и воздуха и, в конечном итоге, на здоровье человека (Ksenofontov.2015). Во всех почвенных образцах содержание тяжёлых металлов показывает положительную корреляцию, а воздействие движущихся транспортных средств города, плотность населения и возрастание урбанизации в совокупности с влиянием промышленных отходов способствуют загрязнению почв. Исследовано токсикологическое состояние почвенных горизонтов, представлена эколого-микробиологическая характеристика гумусового горизонта в зонах техногенного воздействия поллютантов и оценено изменение численности микроорганизмов почвы в результате токсичного загрязнения городских почв, которые находятся на разной удалённости от источников загрязнения, таких как: Московская кольцевая автодорога города Москва, а также отвальный шлак отходов промышленного производства алюминиевого литья в Орловской области. Выполнена оценка видов почвенных беспозвоночных при воздействии различного уровня почвенного загрязнения. Установлено изменение ферментативной и микробиологической активности почвы в зависимости от величины коэффициента суммарного накопления тяжёлых металлов.
