Резюме.В формировании стресс-реакции важное значение имеют глюкокортикоидные гормоны, оказывающие повреждающее действие в избыточных количествах и адаптивное в малых и умеренных. В соответствии с этим поставлена цель -проанализировать значение глюкокортикоидов в организации реакции организма на стресс, для чего изучить, с одной стороны, изменение глюкокортикоидной функции при действии экстремальных раздражителей, с другой -влияние введения экзогенных аналогов указанных гормонов на параметры стресс-реакции. Установлено, что стресс изменяет глюкокортикоидную функцию на всех уровнях: биосинтеза и секреции гормонов надпочечниками, их транспорта, взаимодействия с рецепторами в органах-мишенях, биологического действия, метаболизма и экскреции. Введение глюкокортикоидов в физиологических дозах оказывает стресс-протекторный эффект (ограничивает изменение концентрации адренокортикотропного гормона, кортизола и инсулина в крови, прирост содержания продуктов перекисного окисления липидов, лимитирует гиперкоагуляцию, улучшает неврологический статус и функцию сердечно-сосудистой системы, минимизирует апоптотические изменения в клетках, снижает выраженность симптомов стресса у пациентов и уменьшает смертность экспериментальных животных) за счет влияния на содержание тормозных нейромедиаторов (γ-аминомасляную кислоту, дофамин, серотонин, глицин, опиоидные пептиды), уровень белков теплового шока, интенсивность перекисного окисления липидов, состояние системы протеиназы/ингибиторы, энергетическое обеспечение клеток.
