Военная деятельность наносит колоссальный ущерб окружающей среде и в мирное, и в военное время. В отличие от химического и физического загрязнения объектов окружающей среды в результате проведения учений, боевых действий, испытаний нового вооружения, не достаточно исследовано влияние военной деятельности на изменение ландшафтов обширных и разнообразных территорий. Целью этой работы является построение геоэкологической энтропийной модели для оценки и прогнозирования уровня экологической деградации рельефа территорий авиационных полигонов (на примере полигона «Погоново», г. Воронеж). В работе показано, что законы распределения экологических величин не случайные, а квазидетерминированные, поэтому аддитивное сложение энтропий различных подсистем возможно лишь в случае идентичных законов их распределения. С помощью построенной модели проведена оценка развития экологической ситуации на полигоне «Погоново». Показано, что экологическая система, находящаяся на границе рангов норма – риск, восстанавливается до абсолютно устойчивого уровня 0,995 за 30 лет после прекращении антропогенного воздействия. Верхняя граница устойчивости геоэкологической системы наблюдается, когда площадь воронок равна половине площади полигона; это состояние является равновесным при прекращении антропогенного воздействия. Если система находится в области компенсируемого кризиса, то при прекращении деятельности полигона в ранг экологического риска система самопроизвольно возвратится через 100 лет, далее останется в равновесном состоянии. При возникновении хаотического состояния системы (бифуркации) происходит образование овражно-балочного рельефа, тогда прогноз развития и самовосстановление системы невозможны.
