The paper explains how to apply state-variable approach when exploring multidimensional
economic systems. Applicability of this approach, broadly used in
the systems theory to solve economic tasks, is justified primarily by dynamic
nature of the said tasks. Shown, how to apply state-variable approach to a single-
nomenclature system of inventory management; also proved that the statevariable
approach can be applicable for exploring complex multidimensional
economic systems.
The article analyzes the possibility of using the theory of Markov processes to the study of the dynamics of nonlinear economic systems. It shows the advantages of the application of the theory of Markov processes over traditional methods of econometrics.
Questions of the application of analysis of the interrelation of the level of the accumulation of human capital with the income and other economic characteristics are examined. The use of a method on the basis of the Legendre orthogonal polynomials expansion of functions is proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
