Анотація. Статтю присвячено оцінюванню та узагальненню підходів до залучення осіб зрілого віку до оздоровчо-рекреаційної рухової активності. У сфері реалізації вільного часу дорослого населення великої популярності набувають різні оздоровчо-рекреаційні заняття, спрямовані на досягнення та підтримання оптимального рівня фізичного стану з використанням оздоровчих сил природи. Все частіше розглядаються питання використання різних форм та засобів outdoor activity, а саме: оздоровчого бігу, скандинавської ходьби, CrossFit, рекреаційних ігор тощо. Мета. Вивчити та проаналізувати наявні підходи до організації занять з особами зрілого віку засобами outdoor activity. Методи. Теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури, документальних матеріалів та даних мережі Internet, компаративний аналіз. Результати. Акумулюючи сучасні теорії залучення осіб до рухової активності на основі вивчення мотиваційних, організаційних умов та узагальнення передового світового досвіду країн при забезпеченні оздоровчо-рекреаційної рухової активності населення в період пандемії, вдосконалення організаційно-методичних засад активного дозвілля осіб другого періоду зрілого віку в місцях масового відпочинку є своєчасним та актуальним. Фахівці наголошують на необхідності використання засобів outdoor activity (оздоровчого бігу, скандинавської ходьби, CrossFit, рекреаційних ігор тощо), обґрунтовуючи це позитивним впливом поєднання фізичних вправ та оздоровчих сил природи. Узагальнюючи отримані результати теоретичного аналізу з проблеми дослідження, варто відзначити, що впровадження засобів outdoor activity під час організації оздоровчо-рекреаційних занять з особами зрілого віку вимагає урахування індивідуальних соціально-психологічних та медико-біологічних особливостей контингенту даного віку. Анотація. Розглянуто проблему залучення осіб зрілого віку до занять руховою активністю на об’єктах спортивної інфраструктури у місцях масового відпочинку міста-мільйонника. Мета. Вивчити особливості залучення осіб зрілого віку до занять оздоровчо-рекреаційною руховою активністю на об’єктах спортивної інфраструктури у місцях масового відпочинку (на прикладі парків культури та відпочинку міста мільйонника). Методи. Теоретичний аналіз та узагальнення фахової науково-методичної літератури, контент-аналіз документальних та статистичних матеріалів, компаративний аналіз результатів дослідження вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців, соціологічні методи дослідження. Результати. Програму було впроваджено у режим роботи міських парків. Запропоновані такі види активностей: Jazz Funk, Portdebras, сальса-бачата, йога, цигун, фрисбі, міні-гольф, петанк, катання на роликових ковзанах, катання на велосипеді, бігові тренування, скандинавська ходьба. Досліджено пріоритетні види оздоровчо-рекреаційної рухової активності на базі міських парків для чоловіків та жінок зрілого віку. Встановлено, що уподобання у програмах оздоровчо-рекреаційної рухової активності між чоловіками і жінками суттєво різняться, що потрібно враховувати під час організації подібних занять для підвищення рівня залученості осіб зрілого віку до регулярних занять фізичними вправами на спортивних спорудах міських парків.
