During the last decades, the substantial development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has led to a number of economic and noneconomic changes in all countries worldwide. The ICT progress can significantly influence macroeconomic outcomes and it is widely recognized as an important factor of the transition toward a new economic system. This transition was especially challenging for former command economies. Since these economies are characterized by relatively low standards of living, poor infrastructure and continuous changes in economy structure and regulatory framework, the ICT development can have adverse effect on economic activities. In that sense, this study addresses the role of ICT development in enhancing the economic growth in 11 EU transition economies over the 2000-2019 period, using the linear regression analysis. The obtained results suggest
In order to forecast stock prices based on economic indicators, many studies have been conducted using well-known statistical methods. Meanwhile, since ~2010 as the power of computers improved, new methods of machine learning began to be used. It would be interesting to know how those algorithms using a variety of mathematical and statistical methods, are able to predict the stock market. The purpose of this article is to model the monthly price of the S&P 500 index based on U.S. economic indicators using statistical, machine learning, deep learning approaches and finally compare metrics of those models. After the selection of indicators according to the data visualization, multicollinearity tests, statistical significance tests, 3 out of 27 indicators remained. The main finding of the research is that the authors improved the baseline statistical linear regression model by 19 percent using a ML Random Forest algorithm. In this way, model achieved accuracy 97.68% of prediction S&P 500 index.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms include several procedures that allow parties to resolve their disputes out of court in a private forum, with the assistance of a qualified neutral intermediary of their choice. Arbitration and mediation are one of the most popular institutes of alternative dispute resolution. This article analyzes the legal, social, and cultural prerequisites for the development of the institutes of arbitration and mediation in Lithuania and Ukraine.

ĮvadasEurpos žmogaus teisių ir pagrindinių laisvių apsaugos konvencijos 1 6 straipsnyje ir Europos Sąjungos pagrindinių teisių chartijos 2 47 straipsnyje įtvirtinama asmens teisė į teismo bylos išnagrinėjimą per kuo trumpesnį laiką. Veiksmingas šios teisės įgyvendinimas XXI amžiuje nebeįsivaizduojamas be modernių informacinių ir elektroninių ryšių technologijų (toliau -IRT) naudojimo teismo procesams spartinti.
