Запропоновано критерії прийняття рішень щодо допуску військових літальних апаратів до виконання бойових завдань з відмовами окремих виробів бортового обладнання на основі оцінки ефективності виконання цих завдань. Для спрощення процедури розрахунків пропонується замість матриці ефективності складати матрицю коефіцієнтів ефективності. Припускається, що зниження ефективності за час польоту буде пропорційне зниженню ймовірності безвідмовної роботи тієї функціональної групи виробів бортового обладнання, до складу якої входить виріб, що відмовив.
Розглянуто актуальне науково-технічне завдання щодо розробки методики обґрунтування доцільних шляхів подальшої експлуатації оптико-електронних прицільних систем літаків Су-27 і МиГ-29 Повітряних Сил Збройних Сил України задля забезпечення заданої ефективності бойового застосування цих літаків. Мета статті полягає у розробці методичного підходу щодо підтримання належного рівня справності оптико-електронних прицільних систем літаків, формалізації постановки завдання та отриманні певних рекомендацій щодо технічного обслуговування зазначених виробів військової авіаційної техніки. Для цього як критеріальні функції у мирний час запропоновано витрати коштів на забезпечення потрібного технічного стану, ймовірність безвідмовної роботи виробу за оперативний час, коефіцієнт справності або коефіцієнт готовності виробів, а в особливий період ‑ кількість літако-вильотів, витрати коштів і ймовірність безвідмовної роботи виробу. Розроблено структуру методичного апарату забезпечення заданого рівня справності виробів бортового обладнання військової авіаційної техніки. Наведено математичні вирази для кількісного оцінювання можливих шляхів забезпечення подальшої експлуатації оптико-електронних прицільних систем, а також пропозиції щодо коригування їхніх режимів технічного обслуговування.
