Представлено результати аналізу практичного застосування методики розрахунку коефіцієнта військово-технічного рівня тактичного бойового літака, яка наразі використовується в науково-дослідних установах Міністерства оборони України. Показано, що за певних умов оцінювання коефіцієнта військово-технічного рівня зразка може відбуватися зі значною похибкою за причини некоректного врахування показників технічної досконалості зразка, які мають різний напрям впливу на його технічний рівень (якість). Запропоновано удосконалення зазначеної методики у напрямі модифікації її формального (математичного) апарату, що дозволяє підвищити точність отримуваних оцінок за рахунок коректного врахування впливу негативних показників технічної досконалості зразка. За результатами апробації удосконаленої методики виконано розрахунок коефіцієнта військово-технічного рівня сучасних тактичних бойових літаків та оцінено результати підвищення точності відповідних розрахунків у порівнянні з відомою методикою.
За результатами аналізу існуючого методичного апарату порівняльного оцінювання зразків авіаційних тренажерних комплексів обґрунтовано напрями його удосконалення (подальшого розвитку) в системі підтримки прийняття рішення з вибору раціональних проєктів постачання таких комплексів для потреб Збройних Сил України. Для вирішення зазначеного наукового завдання запропоновано використання методів багатокритерійної оптимізації в системі критеріїв “навчальна ефективність – економічна ефективність – технічний рівень – реалізованість проєкту”. За результатами дослідження представлено структурну блок-схему удосконаленої методики вибору авіаційного тренажерного комплексу, виконано постановку наукових завдань подальших досліджень.
