The physical-chemical analysis of macro-, micro-, and nano-structures of composites on the basis of aluminum is carried out. Technological fundamentals for properties control at the synthesis of nano-structured composites on the basis of aluminum alloys are formed. The techniques for composites synthesis on the basis of aluminum through methods of spun casting modification and further treatment by high pressure are developed. The nano-structured modifiers of aluminum alloys schungite+Al, Al2O3+Al with BN+Al are synthesized. The technological processes for new constructional nano-structured materials manufacturing on the basis aluminum with modifiers content within the limits of mas. 5% are offered.
Введение. Современный подход к получению поверхностных слоев прецизионных деталей машин, приборов и изделий, производительности и себестоимости их обработки предполагает развитие новых и совершенствование известных методов формирования поверхности. Наиболее значимые тенденции в современной технологии обработки резанием, такие как замена шлифования лезвийной обработкой для деталей высокой твердости, обработка без применения охлаждающих жидкостей или с минимальным смазыванием, микрообработка поставили задачу увеличения эксплуатационных характеристик инструментальных материалов, прежде всего, твердости, трещиностойкости, термостойкости [1]. Физико-механические свойства инструмента, шероховатость и точность обрабатываемых резанием изделий зависит при прочих равных условиях от размеров зерен и кристаллитов используемых при его изготовлении материалов.Реализация перечисленных тенденций возможна за счет применения инструмента из консолидированных тугоплавких и сверхтвердых наноструктурных композиционных материалов на основе сверхтвердых фаз нитрида бора, т.к. переход к нанометровому диапазону предполагает как повышением физико-механических свойств синтезируемых сверхтвердых материалов, так и эксплуатационных характеристик инструмента на их основе [2]. Поэтому создание и производство сверхтвердых поликристаллов из порошков плотных форм нитрида бора (кубического cBN и/или вюрцитного wBN) с нано-и субмикрокристаллической структурой является актуальной практической задачей.Целью настоящей работы является разработка новых подходов и технологических решений при синтезе инструментальных наноструктурных материалов на основе кубической модификации BN.Особенности получения, структуры и свойств поликристаллических сверхтвердые материалы (ПСТМ) на основе сBN. В промышленном производстве различных изделий постоянно используются материалы с повышенными прочностью, твердостью, износостойкостью, что вызывает определенные трудности при их механической обработке [3]. Данное обстоятельство обуславливает необходимость создания эффективных материалов для режущего инструмента. Существующие сверхтвердые материалы -алмаз и кубический нитрид бора (сBN) по твердости превышают большинство конструкционных материалов в 2-5 раз и в значительной мере соответствуют требованиям, предъявляемым к режущим инструментам большинства современных отраслей промышленности. Промышленностью производится широкая гамма так называемых поликристаллических сверхтвердых материалов -ПСТМ на основе сBN. Основу их структуры составляют, как правило, микропорошки сBN каталитического синтеза. Помимо высокого значения твердости инструментальные материалы должны обладать и другими свойствами -прочностью, теплопроводностью, термостойкостью и др. Управление процессами формирования структуры поликристаллов позволяет создавать материалы с требуемыми сочетаниями свойств [4, 5].
