ВступЗростання антибіотикорезистентності умовно-патогенних мікроорганізмів є актуальною проблемою сучасної медицини [1,2]. Саме стійкі бактерії зумов-люють переважну більшість ускладнень основних за-хворювань як пацієнтів стаціонарів, так і амбулатор-них хворих, призводячи до високої смертності або затяжного перебігу запальних процесів різної локалі-зації. Серед них одне з провідних місць займає си-ньогнійна інфекція, збудником якої є Pseudomonas aeruginosa [3].Починаючи з 70-х років ХХ століття, P. aeruginosa -один з основних збудників локальних та сис-темних гнійно-запальних процесів, особливо в умо-вах стаціонарів, де можливі епідемічні спалахи вна-слідок порушення правил санітарно-протиепіде-мічного режиму. Синьогнійна паличка є другим за частотою збудником нозокоміальної пневмонії та п'ятим -хірургічних інфекцій [3,4]. В Україні після-операційні гнійно-запальні захворювання у загальній структурі внутрішньолікарняних інфекцій займають провідне місце [5].Незважаючи на досягнення сучасної мікробіо-логії та практичної медицини, проблеми синьогнійної інфекції в клінічній практиці стоять досить гостро, чому, зокрема, сприяє високий рівень природної та набутої антибіотикорезистентності збудника [6].Стійкість до антибіотиків на сьогоднішній день виходить за рамки суто медичної проблеми, має величезне соціально-економічне значення а у розви-нених країнах розглядається як загроза національної безпеки [7].Дану тезу підтверджує генеральний директор ВООЗ Маргарет Чен, яка закликала до негайного скорочення використання антибіотиків у ветеринарії та харчовій промисловості, а також активної підтри-мки досліджень антибіотикорезистентності. Базую-чись на результатах досліджень мікробіологів та клі-ніцистів, вона заявила, що медицині, яку ми знаємо прийшов кінець -антибіотики вже не працюють [8].Незважаючи на впровадження в медичну прак-тику новітніх технологій лікування, нових антимік-робних препаратів, кількість післяопераційних гній-но-запальних інфекцій не зменшується [9].На необхідності об'єднання міжнародних нау-кових сил для прискорення пошуку нових методів протидії патогенним бактеріям, спрощення бюрокра-тичних процедур по їх ліцензуванню наголосив мі-ністр науки та вищої освіти Великобританії Девід Ві-ллетс, закликавши розвинені країни ввести законода-вчі обмеження на використання антибіотиків у всіх галузях медицини [10].Одним із таких методів є використання низь-коінтенсивного лазерного випромінювання (НІЛВ), про визнання перспективності якого свідчить той факт, що 2015 був визнаний ООН роком світла та світлових технологій. На сьогод-нішній день НІЛВ використовується майже в усіх га-лузях медицини, зокрема і в лікуванні інфекційних захворювань бактеріальної етіології.
