The investigation of the production method influence on the structure and properties of the ferroelectric nonwoven materials based on vinylidene fluoride − tetrafluoroethylene copolymer
Desulfurization of oil compounds is one of the urgent tasks of the modern oil industry because of the tightening requirements for the sulfur content in fuel. Despite the successful industrial use, desulfurization processes require the development of new effective approaches, one of which may be the use of supercritical solvents. This paper presents the results of a study of the desulfurization process of a model compound of petroleum - dibenzothiophene - in a supercritical solvent medium.
The catalytic properties of the catalysts 3%Ru/СПСMN270 and 3%Ru/AlO were studied by selective hydrogenation of furfural into furfural alcohol. For a larger concept of the catalytic properties of Ru-containing catalysts, the surface and porosity of catalysts synthesized on its basis were determined by lowtemperature nitrogen adsorption. Significant hysteresis is detected, the loop of which can be classified in shape as a H type typical of an adsorbent with cylindrical (bottle-shaped) mesopores. Adsorption-desorption isotherms are suitable for isothermals of type IV, which are determined for mesoporous substances. To some extent, the pore size distribution with respect to their diameter has been found.
Based on the analysis of survey XPS spectra of 3%Ru/AlO and 3%Ru/HPS catalyst samples before and after the catalytic test, the qualitative and quantitative elemental composition of the surface of these samples was established. Conditions for the 3% Ru/AlO catalyst before the catalytic test of hydrated ruthenium (IV) was 23% and ruthenium (IV) oxide ± 45%, respectively, and after ± hydrated ruthenium (IV) was 21% and ruthenium (IV) oxide ± 37 %, respectively. Conditions for the catalyst 3% Ru/HPS before the catalytic test hydrated ruthenium (IV) was 29% and ruthenium (IV) oxide ± 3%, respectively, and after ± hydrated ruthenium (IV) was 22% and ruthenium (IV) oxide ± 2 %, respectively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
