Аннотация. Приведен обзор разработанных учеными Российской академии наук новых металлических и керамических материалов и технологий, в том числе новых: высокопрочные коррозионностойкие азотсодержащие стали; жаропрочные и жаростойкие легкие сплавы и композиты на основе интерметаллидов; модификаторы для колесных сталей; комплексные VCr Cr-, Ni-содержащие ферросплавы, антикоррозионные защитные покрытия на основе ультратонких порошков Zn; каталитические нейтрализаторы отработавших газов автотранспорта; магнитотвердые материалы с высокой температурно-временной стабильностью и механическими характеристиками; наноструктурные стенты для эндоваскулярных операций в щадящем режиме; коррозионно-и износостойкие покрытия и способ их плазменного напыления. Разработаны способы: продольной прокатки с макросдвиговой деформацией для улучшения свойств проката; рециклинга замасленной окалины; контроля разгара огнеупорной футеровки в любой точке горна доменной печи, а также методы контроля чистоты рельсовых сталей по включениям. Разработаны процессы и технологии: спецэлектрометаллургии для получения стали для энергетики; синтеза массивных монокристаллических образцов нитридов переходных металлов, нанопорошков W, Pt, Ti и его карбидов и нитридов; переработки лейкоксеновых концентратов Ярегского месторождения; получения титановых имплантатов с пористыми покрытиями; дроби и порошков черных и цветных металлов; ультратонких порошков Zn; рециклинга отходов металлургического производства с извлечением Zn, Sb, Sn, Fe; получения агломерированных нанокристаллических порошков Ta для конденсаторов; переработки сульфидного Mo-содержащего сырья c получением РЗМ, MoO 3 , CaMoO 4 и утилизацией сернистого газа. Созданы инжекционные установки и технологии их применения, высокопроизводительная установка для плазменного напыления металлов, в том числе на лакокрасочные покрытия, пластмассы, картон.
