Проведено исследование изменения вероятности спонтанной эмиссии для излучателя, помещенного в одномерный разупорядоченный фотонный кристалл. Показано, что для диполя, помещенного в разупоря-доченный фотонный кристалл, возможно как усиление спонтанной эмиссии (если частота соответствует собственной оптической моде структуры), так и подавление спонтанной эмиссии (в случае запрещенной зоны или когда позиция соответствует узлу в профиле электрического поля собственной моды). Показано, что при большом уровне разупорядочения фотонная запрещенная зона сужается, а вероятность эмиссии в центре фотонной запрещенной зоны становится существенно отличной от нуля. Показано, что при большом уровне разупорядочения в фотонной запрещенной зоне возможно появление локализованных состояний, для которых спонтанная эмиссия значительно усилена. ВведениеВпервые интерес к исследованию свойств разупоря-доченных фотонных кристаллов [1] возник в связи с вероятностью возникновения локализованных электро-нов [2], проявляющегося в снижении электронной про-водимости. Локализация электронов достаточно хорошо изучена теоретически [3-5] и впоследствии, благодаря сходству волновых уравнений для носителей заряда и света, результаты, полученные для носителей заряда, удалось перенести на фотонный случай -локализацию света [6,7], локализация света в неупорядоченных сре-дах [8-10] была продемонстрирована эксперименталь-но [11,12].На первый взгляд, так как для электромагнитных волн взаимодействие между фотонами исчезающе мало (в линейном приближении отсутствует), изучать локали-зацию света представляется проще, чем в электронном случае, где важную роль играет взаимодействие меж-ду электронами. Однако локализация света имеет ряд существенных отличий, отмеченных в [13]. Например, электрон может быть локализован в потенциальных ямах, так как потенциал может быть положителен и от-рицателен; а для фотонов такая вероятность исключена, так как их энергия положительна, для случая электронов существуют и другие важные особенности [14][15][16][17]. Отме-тим, что в конечном результате локализация электронов приводит к снижению проводимости, а в фотонном слу-чае наоборот -в спектре пропускания локализованное состояние проявляется как острый пик [18,19].Ранее в работе [20] проведено сопоставление плотно-сти состояний, спектров пропускания света и профилей плотности энергии электромагнитного поля, и показано, что разупорядочение приводит к появлению локализо-ванных состояний в фотонной запрещенной зоне (ФЗЗ), характеризуемых разным временем жизни, в том числе для некоторых локализованных состояний вплотную приближается к времени жизни в микрорезонаторе сопоставимого размера. Интерес к исследованию веро-ятности спонтанной эмиссии в разупорядоченных фо-тонных кристаллах обусловлен возможностью создания различных оптоэлектронных приборов на их основе [21]. В работе [22] показано, что имеет место усиление веро-ятности спонтанной эмиссии при помещении излучателя в неоднородную среду (эффекта Парселла). Разработан метод анализа модификации спонтанного излучения в структурах с цилиндрической симметрией. Выведен метод матриц рассеяния для цилиндрических структур. На основе матриц рассеяния получены правила квантования электромагнитного поля (S-квантование) в цилиндрических системах. Получены общие выражения для темпа излучательной рекомбинации эмиттера, находящегося в произвольной точке структуры. Выведены количественные показатели, дающие оценку усилению и подавлению излучательной рекомбинации, которые могут рассматриваться как модовые факторы Парселла. Получено выражение для суммарного фактора Парселла для излучения в направлении, перпендикулярном оси симметрии среды, а также выражение для интегрального (полного) фактора Парселла для эмиттера на оси симметрии.
