Abstract. The proceeding of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate grafted polymerization on polyvinylpirrolidone has been examined in the presence of ferrum(II) sulfate. It was observed the formation of crosslinked copolymer capable to be used as a matrix for metal chemical reduction and for metal hydrogel composites obtaining. The effect of Fe n+ structure and concentration on the structural parameters of the polymeric network, copolymers composition, efficiency and degree of grafting has been determined. The interaction between the structure of the synthesized copolymers and their thermal and physicomechanical properties has been established.
Abstract.1 This work reviews the main methods of nitrogen and phosphorus removal from wastewater. The method of simultaneous removal of highly concentrated nitrogen and phosphorus was analyzed by physical and chemical precipitation, forming struvite, a by-product of magnesium ammonium orthophosphate hexahydrate. Laboratory investigations were conducted on the test solutions with the concentrations of ammonium nitrogen, phosphates, ions of magnesium and calcium corresponding to the ones of relevant elements in wastewater of swine complexes located in Lviv region, Ukraine. The analyses were done at various molar ratios of magnesium and phosphate ions and at various pH values. The comparative thermal analysis of chemical precipitation products and pure struvite was performed. The optimal conditions were identified to experience the maximum efficiency of simultaneous removal of ammonium nitrogen and phosphate ions from wastewater, forming MgNH 4 PO 4 ·6H 2 O. Recommendations on the use of the obtained product as a fertilizer were elaborated.
Cross-linking of epoxy-oligomeric mixtures based on ED-20 industrial epoxy dianic resin and TGM-3 oligoesteracrylate in the presence of fluorine-containing peroxy oligomers has been studied. Oligomers used for the cross-linking have been obtained via chemical modification of peroxy derivative of ED-24 epoxy resin with alcoholstelomers by general formula HOCH 2 -(CF 2 -CF 2 ) n H, where n is 3 or 4. The thermal stability of peroxy groups in the initial material, fluorine-containing peroxy oligomers and stability of cross-linked films have been examined using derivatographic methods. The effect of temperature, process time and mixture composition on the gel-fraction content and hardness of obtained films has been established.
Методами диференційно-термічного, термогравіметричного та диференційно-термогравіметричного аналізів досліджено композити на основі сумішей поліпропілену з поліамідом, котрий попередньо модифікований монтморилонітом, інтеркальованим полівінілпіролідоном. Показано, що суміші поліпропілену з модифікованим монтморилоніт-полівінілпіролідоновою сумішшю поліамідом відзначаються підвищеною термостійкістю.
