В настоящей работе рассмотрены сущность и содержание культуры, контркультуры, их взаимосвязь с культурой безопасности жизнедеятельности. Показана актуальность вопросов, связанных с вопросами деструктивного поведения. Достаточно подробно освещены основные проблемы проявления деструктивности, ее последствия, показана статистика негативных явлений, раскрыты основные причины, способствующие их р азвитию. Культура безопасности жизнедеятельности рассматривается как условие обеспечения безопасности личности и общества.
Глобальные проблемы создающие угрозу сохранения жизни и здоровья не могут быть решены отдельными странами, а разрешимы лишь совместными усилиями всего мирового сообщества. Кризис возможно избежать только при одном условии, если будет осуществлен переход цивилизации человеческой в состояние новое, которое называется ноосферное. И именно оно будет требовать у граждан России сохранение жизни и здоровья, а также знания культуры безопасности жизнедеятельности. Развитие гражданской обороны, сохранения жизни и здоровья населения и защиты территорий от чрезвычайных ситуаций потребует перехода к духовно-ориентированному обществу, к природосберегающему и человекосберегающему образу жизни, которое означает разумное ограничение материальных потребностей, а также можно предположить, что он должен будет подчинить свои возможности особым целям прогресса его духовности. Имеется ввиду его образованность, высокую культуру и нравственность соответственно.
