Бекетова, Харків РОЗРОБКА ПРОСТОРОВОЇ МОДЕЛІ ГЕОІНФОРМАЦІЙНОЇ ПІДТРИМКИ ЛЮДЕЙ З ОБМЕЖЕНИМИ МОЖЛИВОСТЯМИ, ЩО ПЕРЕСУВАЮТЬСЯ НА ІНВАЛІДНИХ КОЛЯСКАХ, У МІСТІ ХАРКОВІ У даній роботі на основі геоінформаційних технологій та методів вербального аналізу рішень розроблено просторову модель у вигляді інтерактивної карти доступності просторових об'єктів у місті Харкові для людей з обмеженими можливостями, що пересуваються на інвалідних колясках. Отримана карта дозволяє миттєво, враховуючи введений запит, здійснювати пошук будівель та громадських місць, обладнаних пандусами, що забезпечує безбар'єрне життя маломобільним людям. Крім того, за допомогою технологій підтримки прийняття рішень визначено територію під будівництво центру реабілітації, а також геоінформаційним інструментальним засобом спроектовано тривимірну модель даного приміщення і оточуючого довкілля. Ключові слова: геоінформаційна система, карта, доступність, людина з обмеженими можливостями. ВступПостановка проблеми. На сьогоднішній день в Україні на обліку зі статусом «людина з обмеженими можливостями» стоять понад 2 мільйони 800 тисяч громадян (з яких 151 тисяча -це діти), що складає близько 6,6 % від загальної кількості населення країни станом на 01.09.2017 року.Слід зазначити, що майже 80 % маломобільних людей -це люди працездатного віку, даний факт посилює проблему в цілому.Дослідивши розглянуте питання, виявлено, що у місті Харкові на сьогоднішній день на обліку перебуває 685 людей з обмеженими можливостями, що пересуваються на інвалідних колясках, мережа місць їх проживання подана на рис. 1.
