The main objectives of hydrolysis production, along with the increased quality indicators of the obtained products are also the development of new products, the development of rational raw wood processing schemes on the principle of its complex use, the environmental harmful impact reduction as a result of developing closed water consumption cycles, wastewater treatment and gas emissions into the atmosphere, as well as by-product recycling and efficient use. The purpose of the research is to substantiate, to develop experimentally and to test in practice the internal-drainage technologies in hydrolytic alcohol production. The dynamics of the organic and inorganic compound accumulations in a closed water circuit has been evaluated on the experimental data basis. It is found out that the accumulation of individual components in a closed system depends largely on the initial substance concentration (C0). Therefore, special attention should be paid to the quality of wastewater in introducing closed water circuits. Thus, mathematical modeling of closed water consumption cycles shows that the stable operation of an internal drainage technology plant using waste water as a primary water supply source is possible if the vinasse impurity concentration does not exceed a certain value. For example, this value for nitrogen compounds should not be more than 61.5 mg / l. Based on the mathematical calculation results, it can be concluded that it is possible to use waste water in hydrolytic alcohol production as the main water supply source in principle. The proposed flowsheet of hydrolytic alcohol production with circulating water supply significantly reduces fresh water consumption for technological purposes cutting wastewater discharge and environmental pollution, thus resulting in high social and economic impact.
