The article demonstrates the importance of the application of new biomedical technologies in the correction of somatoform disorders in athletes. In observation were 86 athletes playing sports. Comprehensive clinical, psychological and instrumental examination showed that 11, 3% of them have some somatic pathology, but the complaint didn’t match up to this pathology, she had overdone character. Moreover, in this group in 36.4% of cases, there are previous histories of acute infectious diseases. The athletes were divided into two equal groups (main and control) by 43 people. In the main group, the athletes were treated orally with shungite in the form of tablets, in the control group - the psycho-pharmacotherapy. The same clinical and instrumental effect was observed in both groups. In the control group the undesirable effect of reducing muscle tone, drowsiness was detected. This allowed the authors to consider that it is expedient to use shungite for the correction of sym-tomatics in athletes with somatoform disorders.
It is proved that a polychromatic visible and infrared polarized light from the device «Bioptron» passing through the fiber-optic cable, activates the water with the formation of structures that have an antioxidant effect on the levels of biological macromolecules, cells and the entire organism. This effect is used in 36 athletes aged from 21 to 26 years after injuries (bruises, hematomas). Underwater phototherapy is carried through fiber- optic cable for 7 minutes and then again for 10 minutes in the pool. It is found the advantages of using this technology for the relief of pain in sports injuries. There was a trend towards improved performance of humoral and cellular immunity. It is advisable to carry out further research and to improve phototherapy technology in the sport.
Modern therapeutic strategies for intervertebral disc repair mainly focus on targeting molecular pathways of extracel-lular matrix degeneration. Anabolic strategies for regeneration are aimed to increase production of major extracellular molecules. Members of TGF-b superfamily proteins, particularly the bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP) have a high regenerative potential regarding the mesenchymal cells. The goal of this study is to study production of proteoglycans by the intervertebral disc cells under the influence of bone morphogenetic protein 2.Material and methods. The experiment was carried out on the cell cultures derived from the annulus fibrosis cells and nucleus pulposus cells of the human intervertebral disc. We studied cell livability, metabolic activity and proteoglycan expression. Cell livability was assessed using the trypan blue staining. Alamar blue test was used for the estimation of metabolic activity. Amount of sulfated glycosaminoglycans was assessed using the assay based on the reaction with 1,9-Dimethylmethylene Blue.Results. Cultivation with bone morphogenetic protein 2 in different concentrations did not decrease livability of the cells. Study cell cultures with application of bone morphogenetic protein 2 in different concentrations showed significant increase in metabolic activity and proteoglycan synthesis by the annulus fibrosis cells. Despite the relative increase in the number of the nucleus pulposus cells treated with the bone morphogenetic protein 2, the differences in metabolic and synthetic activity compared with control group was not significant. Conclusion. The bone morphogenetic protein 2 has an anabolic effect towards the intervertebral disc cells, particularly in the production of proteoglycans by the annulus fibrosis cells.
The article described a common statistical processing of information from the human body, as insufficiently correct, the necessity of evaluation functions organiz-ma, its adaptation reserves - with the help of the system analysis. The aim of the study was the use-tion of new products on the basis of multivariate phase space of states. Two CHECK dennyh research unit in 2 groups of students studied parameters of tremor using bioizme-nary complex with no load and load, as well as the recorded heart rate cut-ny, calculated indicators of activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system, the standard deviation intervals, Baevsky stress index. We calculated the components of the spectral power in the low and ultralow- frequency bands, as well as the value of vagosympathetic balance. After the standardized dynamic loading (30 squats) registration continued for 5 minutes. Using innovative methods proved to be more sensitive to the identification of the elements studied. The regularities in the dynamics of the behavior of the state vector of the body of persons trained and untrained should be used to quantify the degree of detraining of the body, as well as to assess the quality of the dose of physical activity (exercise) in athletes under relevant preparations (including sports).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
