В статье рассматривается возможность производства биоэнергии из сельскохозяйственных отходов. Обзор литературы показал, что ученые изучают различные аспекты внедрения биоэнергии в сельское хозяйство: показатели цены и эффективности; сроки окупаемости проектов; экономические, экологические и социальные факторы; доступность биомассы. По итогам анализа текущего состояния внедрения биоэнергии на сельских территориях выявлены следующие вопросы: высокие инвестиционные затраты на технологические установки; ограниченная осведомленность сельских граждан об охране окружающей среды; отсутствие отечественных научных проектов по утилизации сельскохозяйственных отходов; уровень накопленных доходов не покрывает капитальных затрат; отсутствие четких механизмов льготного кредитования и предоставления налоговых льгот; риски по распространению технологии производства энергии сельскохозяйственных отходов. Авторы статьи определили пути дальнейшего развития биоэнергии на сельских территориях: технологии по производству биоэнергии в фермерских хозяйствах должны быть направлены на получение экологически чистой продукции; стимулирование развития биоэнергии путем предоставления налоговых льгот; рассмотрение возможности внедрения механизмов льготного кредитования; осуществление целевой подготовки кадров из сельской молодежи; финансирование научных проектов, связанных с внедрением новых технологий по вопросам развития биоэнергии.
