Шошин Белорусский государственный технологический университет ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНЫЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ МОБИЛЬНОЙ КАНАТНОЙ ТРЕЛЕВОЧНОЙ УСТАНОВКИ В РАВНИННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХВыполненные экспериментальные исследования раскрывают новые особенности заготовки древесины с помощью канатных трелевочных установок. Предмет исследований -усилия в тяговом канате. Испытания были направлены на изучение отдельных операций первичного транспорта древесины на лесосеке и полного цикла в целом. Объектом исследования выступала установка МТК-431 с неподвижным несущим канатом.Выполнялся полный цикл трелевки пачки от подъема груза возле места чокеровки до разгрузки пачки на верхнем складе. Проводилось сравнение усилий в тяговом канате при перемещении пачки по трелевочному коридору волоком и в полуподвесном положении. Получены данные о влиянии лобовых сопротивлений в виде пней при подтрелевке к трелевочному коридору и лежащих лесоматериалов при трелевке по трелевочному коридору.Было определено, что перемещение лесоматериалов волоком на трелевочном коридоре без лобовых препятствий более эффективно, чем в полуподвесном положении. Выделены особенности перемещения лесоматериалов на подтрелевке и установлено, что перемещение пачки от места валки к оси трелевочного волока сопряжено с преодолением препятствий в виде пней, которые создают значительные усилия, многократно превышающие массу трелюемой пачки. Заданы направления для дальнейшего развития проблемного вопроса первичного транспорта древесины на заболоченных лесных территориях.
