Purpose. The current rapid social and economic developments show mobility as the most important factor of economic growth, social and cultural progress. Mobile technology has undergone a sea change over the past ten years. The evolution of mobility is about creating better ways to change the world. It will increasingly shape our lives and thinking in ways we cannot fully anticipate. Mobile revolution is a global reality which creates new opportunities and challenges for all companies in the world. Methodology. Proposed methodological approach is based on a comprehensive assessment of the strategic impact of mobility on the organization as a major tool to improve competitiveness and efficiency of the company. During the research have been used both qualitative and quantitative methods. As a result, the article provides bridges between the field of mobility, organization science, information systems, and certain aspects of philosophy. Findings. This research provides a glimpse into the fast-evolving world of mobile technology and maybe even faster evolving world of organizations. The research is designed to understand the strategic impact of mobility on organizations, and evaluate the benefits of integration of these new technologies into the company. The research comprised of an extensive literature review, observation of existing practices, and semi-structured interviews geared toward understanding the strategic impact of mobility on organization and its employees. Originality. The research findings suggest three main strategic implications of mobility: improve working process; increase internal communication and knowledge sharing; and enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. Practical value. The use of mobile technology and it impact on organizational change and strategy, stability and development of competitive advantage allow the company to ensure the effectiveness of its business. Mobility can dramatically transform the company by finding their feet in almost every sector and it has a profound impact on both customers as well as employees. Mobility solutions are growing across business portfolios of company and driving by the need to increase productivity. They improve decision making, with increased near real-time access through mobile channels that help to improve internal employee interaction, customer collaboration, network building and information sharing.
Мета. Метою статті є теоретичне узагальнення та нове рішення проблеми психологічного забезпечення розвитку соціотехнічних систем діяльності (СТСД) з позицій поведінкової економіки. Обгрунтовано вибір СТСД в якості об'єкта заходів психологічного забезпечення та вдосконалення як концептуального різновиду впливу на можливості розвитку таких систем. Методика. Запропоновано концепцію психологічного забезпечення розвитку СТСД, яка детермінирована об'єктивною залученістю інженерних психологів та психологів праці до процесу проектування таких систем. Результати. Створено структурну модель, яка складається із чотирьох підсистем: спонтанної відображально-моделюючої поведінкової активності проектувальника, зовнішньої поведінкової взаємодії з соціумом, психологічного забезпечення розвитку СТСД та інтегральної регуляції розвитку. Наукова новизна. Новим є узагальнення поглядів на психологічне забезпечення розвитку та супровід СТСД с точки зору проведення та використання результатів дослідницьких, проектувальних та експертних робіт на всіх стадіях життєвого циклу таких систем. Практична значимість. Нові уявлення про значущі якості персоналу містять навички роботи потоками неперервної поведінкової інформації про фахівця. Трактування змістовної, процедурної та результативної інформації доведено до рівня методики теоретичної та експериментальної оцінки надійності професійної діяльності фахівців.
How largeare global corporations transforming themselves? Organizational transformation is about organizational change which the change goes to the depths of what an individual feels and will affect what people feel about the organization, what they do in the organization and maybe what they hold dear to life. Organizational transformation is more than just changing the way business is done. It is about changing the organizational culture in one or more ways.In this article, we focus our attention on the importance of organizational change around the introduction of new mobile technology. Around the world, organizations implement mobility to enhance or balance their business demands and opportunities, and to increase their productivity and profitability. In this article, we propose to address the issue of successful mobile implementation into the existing information system and to analyze its impact on organization. We consider how organizations manage the mobile environment with their existing standardized IT environment. The research comprised of an extensive literature review including the study from various books and articles around mobility, connectivity and information systems.Transforming the organization refers to any significant change made to an organization such as, restructuring an organization or reengineering an organization and/or there is a significant change in the way business is done. The question is, of course, what is significant relative to a given organization.
