When complex situations of the guaranteed provision of OBCP IS arise, the decision-making process should be performed under condition of active interaction with experts; in this case, such an operation proves to be rather labor consuming without computer technologies. Even the initial problem of designing the integrated systems for information protection (ISIP) can be attributed to the weakly formalized problems with incomplete information. Similar tasks include the situations, connected with the recognition of prolonged targeted cyberattacks, which are not distinguished by explicit attributes. Therefore, the subject of the study that addresses the development of models and software (SW) of DSS in the weakly structured and difficult-to-formalize tasks in the provision of OBCP IS appears relevant. Literature review and problem statementAn increase in the number of cyberattacks on MCCS in recent years has generated interest towards the development IntroductionIn connection with the growing number of complex targeted cyberattacks directed at the mission critical computer systems (MCCS), one of the vital problems of society is the information security (IS) and its component -cybersecurity (CS). When conducting targeted attacks, cybercriminals frequently are used unique harmful programs and methods of penetrating the MCCS (objects of cyberprotection -OBCP). Resisting a constant increase in the complexity of illegitimate actions on MCCS is possible, in particular, using the systems for the intelligent recognition of cyberattacks (SIRCA), equipped with the modules for decision support system (DSS). The architecture of the latter implies, as a rule, a system for intelligent data analysis (SIDA or Data Mining). SIRCA make it possible to reveal regularities in the dynamics of development of the OBCP states, combining the knowledge and experience of decision making by experts, as well as the SIDA computational potential. Interstellar dust penetrates into the heliosphere/astrosphere due to relative motion of the Sun and the local interstellar medium (LISM). Inside the heliosphere/astrosphere and at the heliospheric boundaries, where the solar/stellar wind interacts with LISM, distribution of the interstellar dust is modified due to an action of electromagnetic forces, the solar gravitation and radiation pressure. In this paper we show that the distribution of the interstellar dust particles in the heliosphere has peculiarities of high density layers. In order to understand the nature of the peculiarities Osiptsov’s Lagrangian method has been employed and developed for the case when the force acting on the particles has discontinuity as it is for the electromagnetic force at the helioshperic current sheet. In the result of the modeling we demonstrate existence of multiple layers of high density of the interstellar dust located at 0.03 - 10 AU north and south with respect to the heliospheric current sheet.

Palavras-chave: Remoção eletrolítica; Medições de tensões residuais; Difração de Raios X. Surface Preparation for XRD Residual Stress MeasurementsAbstract: A characteristic feature of the X Ray Diffraction (XRD) method for stress determinationt is that measurements occur at a thin surface layer. Steel sheets come with surfaces modified by lamination, cleaning (sandblasting, grinding) and even corrosion, which induce residual stresses or roughness inherent to the material. Therefore, surface preparation prior to the residual stress measurement is essential, although no standard procedure seems to be available. A general recommendation is to remove a thin layer so that only residual stresses related to the welding process will be measured. In this study, the use of portable electrolytic equipment was evaluated for mechanized surface material removal. Chemical compositions of electrolytic solutions and the influence of current on the removed material, removal time and temperature during the process were studied. As a result, a suitable chemical solution for electroetching of low carbon steel was developed and a set of "soft" parameters that allowed the removal of about 300 um in a reasonable time was found. Higher currents reduce the removal time, yet increasing the consumption of the solution and plate temperature (which could adversely alter the microstructure or generate thermal ...
There is no consensus in the literature on the need to remove preprocessing layers from the material prior to the measurement of residual stresses by X-ray diffractometer. Thus, the purpose of this work was to evaluate the residual stresses induced by material preprocessing and its evolution during the preparation of the surface by electrolytic removal. Sample surfaces were pre-processed by grinding and sandblasting and the resulting residual stresses were measured by X-ray diffractometry. At each removal stage, the evolution of residual stresses, hardness and microstructure of the surface were verified. It was concluded that different preprocessing methods can induce surface residual stresses of either tension or compression, reaching different depths. Removal by electrolytic method of the modified layer has shown itself capable of reducing significantly the magnitude of the residual stresses induced by preprocessing. On the other hand, the depth of deformed grains or surface hardness proved to be incapable of predicting the depth of induced residual stresses. Finally, it was discussed whether or not the layers removed by this method reveal the subsurface stresses and if the removal should take place before or after a second processing.

Assessment of Controlled Short-Circuiting Application in Filling Passes with MIG/MAG Double Wire ProcessAbstract: In this paper, a techno-economical evaluation of the Double Wire MIG/MAG welding process for filling passes on the flat position was performed, applying Controlled Short-Circuiting (CSC) mode in the trailing wire. The aim was to improve the welding pool control and reduce spatter generation. The evaluation was carried out through a comparative study between the conventional Double Wire MIG/MAG welding technique (using pulsed current in the both wires) and a combination of a pulsed current in the leading wire and CSC in the trailing wire. The values of the average current at each wire, the volume of deposited material per unit of weld length, the type and size of the joint bevel and wire, the shielding gas composition and the CTWD were maintained constant. It was evaluated the surface finish and geometry of the weld beads, the deposition rate and efficiency and the limit welding speeds, resultant from each technique. The results showed that the use of CSC in the trailing wire slightly increases the production capacity of the process, generates less spatter and provides a better visual aspect of the welds, with a narrower HAZ and FZ, and still keeps the operational maps, which are positive factors. On the other hand, ...
