Институт биологии Карельского научного центра РАН, ПетрозаводскИзучение физико-химических взаимодействий белков и других биологически зна-чимых молекул с шунгитовым наноуглеродом (ShC), как представителем семейст-ва графеновых наноматериалов, необходимо для обеспечения биобезопасности в разных областях его применения, включая биомедицину. Динамические харак-теристики поверхности потенциального контакта нано-и биоструктур, характерис-тики взаимодействия с растворителем (гидратация) несут существенную инфор-мацию о типах возникающих связей и взаимодействий, включая взаимодействие с переносом лигандов, а также о свойствах соответствующих бионаногибридных систем. Методом электронного парамагнитного резонанса (ЭПР) спинового зонда на основе стеариновой жирной кислоты (ЖК) исследовано динамическое состоя-ние области контакта (поверхности) углеродных нанокластеров в дисперсиях ShC с молекулами белка (сывороточного альбумина быка, САБ) и других биологичес-ки значимых молекул и ионов, влияющих на гидратацию (сахароза, мочевина, Na + , Cl − , H + , OH − ). Показано, что в смешанной дисперсии ShC и САБ возможен перенос спин-зонда (ЖК) с белка на наноуглерод и наоборот в зависимости от соотноше-ния их концентраций. В переносе, вероятно, задействована белковая корона нано-частиц. Эффект наблюдается при концентрации ShC на два порядка меньшей, чем концентрация белка. Это означает возможность использования нанодисперсии ShC для воздействия на связывание и транспорт ЖК сывороточным альбумином. Применение дополнительных растворенных веществ может позволить регулиро-вать это воздействие, как это наблюдается в случае с сахарозой. Нелинейности аррениусовских зависимостей параметров спектра ЭПР спин-зонда в смешанных дисперсиях ShC могут свидетельствовать о наличии фазового перехода, как в по-лимерных растворах.К л ю ч е в ы е с л о в а: водная нанодисперсия углерода; электронный парамагнит-ный резонанс спин-зондов; сывороточный альбумин; сахароза; мочевина; жирная кислота.
