Abstract. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the impact of socio-economic prerequisites on the strategic development of educational institutions at different levels. The theoretical significance of the article is that based on the understanding of the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the authors’ own experience in the strategic management of educational institutions of different levels it was characterized socio-economic prerequisites of strategic development of educational institutions in the context of external (environmental) and internal (institutional) lenses of analysis; the competitive advantages of the strategic orientation of educational institutions are presented; the principles of strategic development of educational institutions are theoretically substantiated; the theory of stakeholders in the context of development strategies of studied institutions is characterized; the factor of competition in the market of educational services and the related need for marketing orientation of educational institutions is substantiated; the influence of the factor of digitalization of society on the strategic development of educational institutions is substantiated; the necessity of using materiality analysis in the process of strategic development is characterized; based on the criteria of importance to external stakeholders and the importance of the business and its internal stakeholders, models of strategic development of educational institutions are substantiated, their features, strengths and weaknesses, risks and effects of their implementation are characterized. The practical significance of the article is that the authors have selected and adapted a number of methods of strategic development of educational institutions in the context of socio-economic prerequisites; strategic tasks of institution development in the context of further digitalization of society are revealed. It is substantiated that in the process of strategic development of educational institutions it is expedient to adhere to certain principles, which will enable the adequacy of such development to modern socio-economic realities. Such principles are the principle of positioning, synergy, integration, technological development, involvement, optimality. In the process of strategic development of the educational institution it is advisable to use a number of methods (SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, benchmarking, road map), «As is and to be», strategic and foresight sessions, which will allow comprehensive consideration of socio-economic prerequisites of institution development, which should be considered in the context of external (environmental) and internal (institutional) lenses of the analysis. Taking into account criteria «importance to external stakeholders» and «importance to the business and its internal stakeholders» and creating a materiality matrix allowed to substantiate four models of strategic development of educational institutions (bureaucratic, business-oriented, communication and partnership), to characterize their features, strengths and weaknesses, risks and effects of their implementation. The purpose of the article is to study the importance of the trademark as one of the most important components of the overall marketing strategy of the development of a modern enterprise. Analysis of recent research and publications. Domestic authors recently come to consideration of the history and role of trademarks, however, the problem remains still relevant, as researchers considering certain periods of socio-economic development, the history of countries, cities and trade, practically do not study the evolution and history of the development of a trademark. Results of the article. In the scientific work, the functionality of the trademark and its influence on the management, in particular, of the enterprise, were investigated. The effective management of the system itself requires the creation of an algorithm for its functioning by trademarks of organizations that have a clearly defined sequence of actions. Conclusions. Trademark is determined as one of the intangible assets of a modern, which, due to its effective management, provides the enterprise with a huge list of competitive advantages.
The relevance of the study is conditioned by the fact that despite the variety of issues, the focus of personnel management is on a person who is considered a spe-cial element of the organisation, an entity with a unique resource of widely under-stood capabilities and needs. Their specific location, with proper management, creates the value of the organisation and determines its competitiveness. Age management is defined as an element of human resource management or an ele-ment of management of a wider variety, which consists in the implementation of measures that allow for a more rational use of human resources in agricultural en-terprises, by considering the needs and capabilities of employees of any age. The purpose of the study is to consider the problems of personnel management and labour resources in the agricultural sector of Ukraine in 2000-2020. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: strategic, holistic, and organisational. Ef-fective personnel management can, among other things, contribute to improving the efficiency of the company, reducing the cost of human resource management, growth and competitiveness, and maintaining a good or improved image. It is very difficult to clearly determine the time at which the ageing process begins. The breakdown by chronological age is not suitable for employees to perform various professional roles. Often, when a person's life lengthens, the period of their effec-tive functioning also increases without those limiting qualities attributed to old age. The changing abilities of a person to perform work are mainly caused by a de-crease in physical performance and fitness, and some psychophysical skills. The task of the personnel and labour resources system is, first of all, to increase the ef-ficiency of the tasks performed by individual employees, to improve the organisa-tion's potential through a detailed definition of training and development needs, to support the personnel decision-making process and the development of personnel policy. The practical significance lies in the productive construction of personnel management and labour resources in the agricultural sector, due to the allocation of relevant problems of the sphere under consideration in Ukraine in 2000-2020.
Relevance of the research topic. In the conditions of systemic restructuring of the economy of Ukraine in the direction of its adaptation to world standards, one of the integral components of the successful functioning of modern business is the development of a strategy of corporate social responsibility. Today, sustainable economic development is not determined by the factor of availability of raw materials or markets, but the opportunity for companies to join the market of highly skilled labor, scientific inventions and the latest technologies. The problems of employment, social instability, and deteriorating environment are becoming more acute and urgent in the world. All this necessitates the formation of an innovative model of development and principles of corporate social responsibility, which is becoming one of the most important areas of a market economy. Formulation of the problem. It is theoretically proven and confirmed by the practice of the world's leading companies that social responsibility can and should be considered as an important social resource of the organization, able to form concrete benefits, ensure sustainable development, adequately respond to social challenges (both internal and external), turning the latter into opportunities. It should be emphasized that social responsibility appears as an important social resource, regardless of the concept of social responsibility the company adheres to. Analysis of recent research and publications. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development of social responsibility of business are embedded in the studies of the following leading foreign scientists: A. Berle, G. Bowen, M. Velazquez, A. Carroll, F. Kotler, G. Minz, J. Rawls, K. Smith, M Friedman et al. Of particular interest in studying this problem are the works of modern domestic scientists: O. Danylenko, V. Yevtushenko, A. Kolota, N. Kyryliuk, M. Kuzhelev, V. Mamontova, O. Sheremeta and others. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. The issue of the effectiveness of the functioning of corporate social responsibility in Ukrainian business practice and the formation of the domestic model of CSR remains insufficiently studied in the domestic scientific environment. Problem statement, purpose of research. The key direction of the world community today is the development of human capital as the basis of the general welfare of the state. One of the conditions for the implementation of the concept of human development and human capital is the introduction and compliance with the basics of corporate social responsibility of business (CSR). The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of the development of CSR in Ukraine. Research methodology. During the writing of the article the methods of analysis and synthesis, system approach, statistical analysis, generalization and structuring were used. Presentation of the main research material. The institution of socially responsible business is typical of most countries with economies based on market values, long-standing democratic traditions, and a developed civil society. In modern conditions in different countries, the participation of business in solving social problems is either strictly regulated under current commercial, tax, labor, environmental legislation or carried out independently under the influence of specially established incentives and benefits. In Ukraine, this process is in the initial stages of its development and takes place in a dominant position of the state, extremely weak development of civil society institutions and oligarchic business development. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be applied in the process of forming a strategy of corporate social responsibility of a modern enterprise. Conclusions in accordance with the article. Corporate social responsibility in the developed world has long been part of society. Today, domestic business leaders are joining the global movement for socially responsible business. In order for funds allocated for social initiatives to bring sustainable results and work on the image of the business, companies must move to building these activities on a systemic basis in accordance with the strategy. It is here that broad prospects open up for the joint efforts of companies, civil society organizations, the media and the state. The immediate business benefits of CSR are the creation of a stable business environment, reduced operational risks, increased financial performance and sales, increased productivity, reduced recruitment costs, market expansion and, consequently, increased market value in the future. The interaction of political, social and economic actors, based on the principles of social partnership, allows to ensure the stable progressive development of the state. With the increasing importance of non-financial factors of sustainable development (social stability, environmental security, etc.), the practical and theoretical aspects of social responsibility are updated.
Публікація присвячена дослідженню нових підходів до освітнього процесу в умовах побудови суспільства знань, де особлива увага приділена педагогу-новатору, здатному як засвоювати, так і продукувати нові ідеї; використовувати нові форми, методи та прийоми підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти, оскільки інформаційна епоха вимагає від молодого професіонала вмінь роботи з інформацією, навичок комп’ютерної обробки інформації та знань, поповнюваних впродовж життя, для перетворення інформаційного ресурсу в продукт, послугу, нові знання. В статті висвітлюється питання зміни сучасної освітньої парадигми, пов’язаної з глобальною революцією та трансформаційними суспільно-економічними змінами, зародженням нової інформаційної культури та в зв’язку з утвердженням сприйняття динамічних знань як основної цінності сучасної епохи. Динамічні знання та інтелект працівника стають базовим засобом виробництва, сприяють зміні способу життя, спілкування, мислення, бачення майбутнього та розуміння майбутнього, тому в статті розглянуто напрями та механізми набуття нових знань. В ракурсі зміни освітньої парадигми розглянуто перспективи реалізації компетентнісного підходу в вищій освіті, що передбачає підготовку фахівця, який вільно володіє професією і ґрунтовно орієнтується в суміжних галузях діяльності, готового до постійного знаннєвого зросту та соціальної мобільності. В статті проаналізовано досвід співпраці викладач-студент по системі набуття навичок оволодіння існуючими та продукування нових знань, що розвиває здібності самоосвіти, вміння працювати з різноманітною інформацією, даними та формує нову комунікативну культуру. Вказано, що за рахунок педагогіки партнерства на принципах рівності, доповнюваності та рівнозначущості забезпечується ефективність системи активно-проблемного навчання (дискусії, круглі столи, кейс-методи, дебати та ін); розвиваються навички: самостійної пізнавальної діяльності та критичного мислення; використання ІКТ з розумінням сильних і слабких сторін їх застосування; вибудовування ефективної комунікації під час підготовки та в процесі проведення навчальних занять; постійне поглиблення інтелектуального розвитку; організації індивідуального навчального процесу та вибору ефективних стратегій навчання; підготовки себе як фахівця, відповідно до вимог сучасного ринку праці.
