Almost any organization can be exposed to risks in cluster interactions. The variety of external and internal factors leads to various adverse consequences. Today, many organizations involved in cooperation within cluster projects and interacting with external counterparties face a serious problem of how to increase the efficiency of their risk control systems. The aim of the research is to formulate and develop the approaches for monitoring the relationship of the cluster’s participants by interested parties on implementing regional cluster policies. The study addresses the development of methodical approaches for improving control measures to identify and manage the specific risks of a separate cluster when implementing regional cluster policy, changes in legislation and the current economic situation, and determination of factors influencing data validity and reliability. The article identifies individual risks of business cooperation projects, specifies methodical approaches for assessing counterparties, given the clarified data validity, and develops a roadmap to improve the control system in a problem solving format. The work has theoretical and practical significance for corporate and state control of cluster cooperation. The use of new control mechanisms and systems is sure to reduce negative impacts of cluster project risks.
The versatility of technical analysis allows developing of the trading strategy for every desire. Anyway, a price movement of any financial instrument can be divided into periods of consolidation and trends. Significant price change of assets occurs during trend periods, so it’s better to choose those methods of technical analysis that are able to predict the points of origin of the directional movement. At the present time the progress and joint applying of technical analysis and Information Technology give a possibility to dramatically simplify the routine operations of analytics and investors. The article provides a brief overview of the existing methods of technical analysis and proposes a methodology for choosing the optimal moment for making trades in the security market based on them. Reviewed algorithms and methods based on modern Information technologies that allow to automate routine tasks and processes in short time. This amount of market data that cannot be analyzed by a human.
Технический анализ представляет собой совокупность целого набора подходов и методов для анализа и прогнозирования движения ценовых графиков финансовых инструментов. В большинстве случаев в движении цены любого финансового инструмента можно выделить участки консолидации и трендовые отрезки. Значительное изменение стоимости активов происходит на промежутках времени, где цена движется по тренду, а значит из имеющихся методик технического анализа целесообразно выбирать именно те, которые позволяют предсказать точки наиболее вероятного зарождения направленного движения цены. На современном этапе развития технического анализа и информационных технологий их совместное применение дает возможность значительно упростить работу аналитиков и инвесторов. В статье проведен краткий обзор существующих методов технического анализа и предложена стратегия для совершения сделок на рынке ценных бумаг на их основе. Рассмотрены алгоритмы и методы из области современных информационных технологиях, которые позволяют автоматизировать рутинные задачи человека, совершающего действия на рынке ценных бумаг. The article discusses current issues of risk control in the context of cluster interaction between organizations, which have a significant negative impact on the inaccuracy of reports and other data used by business partners in cooperation.Possible methodological approaches to improve the quality of information and reporting of companies using control mechanisms have been clarified.
