The ankle plays an essential role in establishing lower extremity stability that is important for such physically demanding sports as ballet. Non-physiological movements in the joint that force the ankle into extreme positions and repetitive stress during intense practice and performances predispose to the development of pathological conditions. Radiological studies are an integral part of diagnostic algorithm for the search of the causes of pain. The aim was to conduct a literature review on diagnostic imaging of ankle pathology in ballet dancers. Methods Literature searching was performed via databases of PubMed, Cochrane library, eLibrary.ru, etc. using the following terms: ankle pathology in ballet dancers, bballet ankle imaging, ballet ankle. Conclusions Standard radiographs are usually the initial screening modality to evaluate patients, including ballet dancers with lower extremity symptoms, nonetheless, MRI provides a superb global evaluation of each joint, including deep structures and detecting possible causes of pain.

Исследованы пределы устойчивого горения в отсеке камеры на традиционном топливе, а также на биотопливе и этиловом спирте. В резуль-тате схема сжигания топлива показала свою работоспособность, а результаты работы обеспечили выпол-нение необходимых условий для решения практических инженерных задач. , биотопливо, срыв пламени, отсек, камера сгорания, стабилизаторы пламени, объёмный расход, коэффициент избытка воздуха.

Objective. To determine peculiarities when using microfocus cone beam computed tomography (micro-CBCT) and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to analyze the anatomy of the teeth and the quality of endodontic treatment.Material and methods. Micro-CBCT and CBCT were experimentally used to examine 8 extracted tooth preparations before and after endodontic root canal treatment using different types of filling material.Results. Micro-CBCT showed the high informative value of determining the type, nature, and quality of canal filling and diagnosed many cracks and accessory canals. According to the micro-CBCT findings, the tooth apexes were not filled; the lumen of the canals was unevenly and loosely filled with endodontic material; the passages of guttapercha points were well traced; the nature of the endodontic material was differentiated.Conclusion. Micro-CBCT opens up new opportunities in dentistry with tooth volume visualization, allowing the minor and low-contrast details of the anatomical structure of the teeth to be seen on the X-ray image.
Рассмотрены проблемы технического переоснащения отечественного здравоохранения. Сформулированы предложения по повышению эффективности эксплуатации новой техники для лучевой диагностики. Показана необходимость созда-ния нормативов по оснащению лечебно-профилактических учреждений медицинской техникой в зависимости от его уровня и специализации.
