Аннотация. Выполнена постановка задачи разработки математических моделей газодинамики и стационарного теплообмена в шахтных слоевых печах, в которых газовый поток перемещается в сложной системе искривленных каналов переменной кривизны и площади поперечного сечения. Проблема разработки комплексных математических моделей слоевых металлургических печей и агрегатов состоит в том, чтобы получить уравнения течения газа в движущемся слое, связывающие среднюю скорость в межкусковом пространстве (истинную скорость), его действительное давление и температуру, так как именно от этих величин зависит интенсивность протекания физико-химических превращений. Решение этой проблемы выполнено с использованием параллели между течением газа в слое и движением гипотетической жидкости, занимающей весь объем аппарата, включая и объем кусковых материалов.

Сформулирована задача стационарного теплообмена в шахтных слоевых печах, в которых побудительной причиной движения обрабатываемых материалов является их плавление. Здесь проявляется та особенность процессов переноса энергии, что их интенсивность в значительной степени определяется скоростью движения материала, которая в свою очередь существенно зависит от темпа плавления частиц. Поскольку единственным способом примирения указанного противоречия является итерационный подход, то в целом при математической формулировке задачи приходится прибегать к идеализации отдельных явлений. В частности, отдельные идеализации являются вынужденными в силу недостаточной теоретической проработки ряда вопросов, например, математической теории движения сыпучих материалов в шахтных печах. При описании газомеханики слоя в работе используется приближение безвихревого течения.
