Cel'yu issledovaniya bylo uluchshit' rezul'taty hirurgicheskogo lecheniya pacientov pozhilogo vozrasta, ne stradayushchih revmatoidnym artritom, s tyazheloj deformaciej perednego otdela stopy. Provedeno prospektivnoe kogortnoe issledovanie s vydeleniem retrospektivnoj gruppy sravneniya rezul'tatov operativnogo lecheniya 65 pacientov, s 2016 po 2019 g. Rezul'taty do i posle operacii ocenivali po shkalam FFI, AOFAS Hallux, AOFAS Lesser Toes. Ocenku rezul'tatov v posleoperacionnom periode provodili po shkale Maryland. V issledovanii polucheny statisticheski znachimye razlichiya rezul'tatov lecheniya po shkalam AOFAS Hallux (p = 0,0001), AOFAS Lesser Toes (p = 0,0001), FFI (p = 0,0001), Maryland (p = 0,0001).
