Аннотация: В рамках научного исследования по теме «Инфекция Helicobacter pylori как отягощающий фактор ревматоидного артрита» проводилось обследование пациентов с ревматоидным артритом, находящихся на диспансерном наблюдении в ГУЗ «ГКБ № 2 г.Тулы имени Е.Г.Лазарева». В рамках диспенсерного наблюдения, всем пациентам проводилась ФЭГДС с диагностикой инфекции H.pylori инвазивным экспресс -тестом в биоптате. По результатам обследования была выявлена высокая инфицированность Helicobacter pylori больных ревматоидным артритом -81,5%. Рассматривая инфекцию Helicobacter pylori как фактор хронического воспаления, представляло интерес, какое влияние оказывает эта бактерия на течение ревматоидного артрита у инфицированных пациентов. В данной статье приводится сравнительная характеристика показателей клинической и лабораторной активности ревматоидного артрита в зависимости от инфицированности Helicobacter pylori.
Ревматоидный артрит (РА) -хроническое воспалитель-ное соединительнотканное заболевание с прогрессирующей симметричной деструкцией суставов и внесуставными про-явлениями [1]. РА приводит к значительному ухудшению качества жизни и ранней инвалидизации пациентов [2]. Распространенность РА в развитых странах достигает 0,5-1% [3]. Ежегодно количество больных РА возрастает на 3-4%. По данным Минздрава России, заболеваемость насе-ления РА (на 100 тыс.) в 2010 г. составила 198,5, в 2015 г. -201,2, а количество больных с впервые установленным диаг-нозом (на 100 тыс.) в 2010 г. достигло 21,4, в 2015 г. -23,1 [4].Вопрос о причине развития РА остается открытым. Боль-шое внимание уделяется изучению роли не только генетиче-ских, но и инфекционных факторов, инициирующих иммун-ное воспаление и запускающих каскад иммунологических на-рушений, лежащих в основе патогенеза РА.Одним из патогенов, который рассматривается в каче-стве триггерного фактора развития иммунопатологического
