Острые респираторные инфекции (ОРИ) являются наиболее распространенными заболеваниями детского возраста. По данным ВОЗ (1997), частота ОРИ у детей в возрасте до 5 лет во всем мире составляет в среднем от 4 до 9 эпизодов в год. Даже в неэпидемические годы число ОРИ во много раз превышает суммарную заболе-ваемость другими патологиями. Около 60% обращений к педиатрам за медицинской помощью связанно с ОРИ. Кроме того, медико-социальная значимость определяется не только большой распространенностью ОРИ, но и осложнениями, нередко ведущими к летальному исходу. В последние годы наблюдается рост частоты ОРИ и лор-заболеваний, ассоциированных с увеличением лимфатических узлов, которые классифицируются как реактивные лимфаденопатии (ЛАП). Наиболее часто наблюдается взаимосвязь развития ЛАП с перенесенной вирусной инфекцией. До настоящего времени иммунопатогенетические аспекты ЛАП изучены недостаточно, а диагностика этиологических факторов ЛАП сопряжена со значительными трудностями.
Изучен иммунный статус детей 12–14-летнего возраста с синдромом вегетативной дисфункции, родившихся недоношенными, с перинатальным поражением центральной нервной системы, которые получали комплекс полипептидных фракций (Кортексин) в комбинации с поливитаминно-аминокислотно-минеральным комплексом. Полученные в ходе исследований данные свидетельствуют о том, что включение в комплексное лечение детей с синдромом вегетативной дисфункции, у которых неврологические расстройства сопровождаются иммунными нарушениями, ноотропного препарата и препарата с иммуномодулирующими свойствами позволяет в короткие сроки достичь стабильного эффекта в восстановлении иммунореактивности.
