In today’s competitive environment, organizations, in addition to trying to improve their production conditions, have a special focus on their supply chain components. Cooperation between supply chain members always reduces unforeseen costs and speeds up the response to customer demand. In the new situation, according to the category of return products and their reprocessing, supply chains have found a closed-loop structure. In this research, the aim was to design a closed-loop supply chain in competitive conditions. For this purpose, the key decisions of this chain included locating retail centers, adjusting the inventory of chain members, and selling prices of final products, optimally determined. For this purpose, a nonlinear integer mathematical model is presented. One of the most important innovations of this research was considering the variable value for return products. Then, in order to solve the proposed model, a whale optimization algorithm was developed. Numerical results from the sample examples showed that the whale algorithm had a very good performance in terms of response quality and speed-of-action in finding the optimal solution to this problem.
The belt and road initiative (BRI) is a comprehensive megaproject, which includes numerous projects in the sphere of green energy. The effectiveness of these projects is often doubted. The article reveals the main mechanisms of green energy projects' influence on the economy and through the research of 8 BRI countries demonstrates the method of green energy projects efficiency estimation. China is considered to be the main driver for green energy proliferation in Asia, receiving economic benefits through its policy. The authors prove this to be right, but the effects for PRC differ in short and long-run periods. The main findings of the paper are that the BRI green energy dissemination is just the first step to building a tightly interconnected Asian energy infrastructure, and that the BRI least developed countries have less positive long-run effects from green energy investment, while in short-term they get a boost for their economies.
Doppler backscattering (DBS) is a microwave diagnostics method typically used to study the plasma rotation velocity. Apart from conventional techniques, more advanced forms of DBS implementation were suggested on Globus-M. More specifically the study of a variety of oscillating processes was performed using DBS. In this review we present a detailed description of all of the methods and techniques employed in Globus-M alongside results obtained using DBS in all the years up until the shutdown of the tokamak. These include research similar to that done on other devices into the properties of such phenomena like geodesic acoustic modes or limit cycle oscillations, along with innovative works regarding the detection and investigation of Alfven eigenmodes and filaments that were the first of their kind and that provided important and novel results. Apart from that, the specific aspects of DBS application on a spherical tokamak are discussed. An in-depth look into the gradual change and improvement of the DBS diagnostics on Globus-M is also presented in this paper.
The relationship between religious beliefs and coping with the stress of COVID-19', HTS Teologiese Studies/Theological Studies 77(1), a6487. https:// doi.org/10.4102/hts. v77i1.6487Recently, we have faced the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the world, which has attracted the attention of all people. Stress has become a word familiar to all people. The stressors of life are relatively clear and some of them cannot be eliminated by humans. One of the stressors in the life of humans is the COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors believe that the virus is controllable but its prevalence is quicker and deadlier than other viruses. In addition, the virus puts the elderly and those with underlying diseases (e.g. pulmonary problems) at extreme risk. Therefore, more care is seriously required to protect members of society. However, this psychological imbalance caused by the virus is associated with stress and anxiety. Lack of proper management of this stress will be associated with emotional impacts (e.g. depression and anxiety), physiological impacts (e.g. gastrointestinal disorders and increased heart rate), cognitive impacts (e.g. reduced concentration and distraction) and behavioural impact (e.g. increased work and activity avoidance, and sleep disorders).Contribution: Given the importance of this topic, this study aimed to evaluate the relationship between religious beliefs and coping with COVID-19-related stress amongst Muslim students in three cities of Russia -Ingushetia, Chechnya and the Republic of Dagestan -in 2020. Data were collected using questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which were previously confirmed. According to the results, religious beliefs had an impact on stress coping by p = 0.657. In other words, students' ability to cope with stress improved by 0.657 units, with each unit of enhancement in their religious beliefs.
The purpose of the work is to reveal the influence of conical directing agents on the speed and trajectory of particles movement in the vertical pneumatic conduit of the sowing machine and to establish their rational parameters. With the help of numerical modeling the particle flight trajectories in the air flow were obtained. The carried out researches have shown expediency of application of the conical directing agent, allowing to take away a longitudinal stream of particles from walls of a pneumatic conduit and to centre their trajectories of movement along an axis of a pneumatic conduit. Particles are focused to the center of the distributor when the distributor covers the area of pneumatic conduit cross-section close to 25%.

Tillage energy efficiency increase is one of the important tasks in improving the profitability and sustainability of agricultural production. The paper proposes to increase cultivation energy efficiency due to the use of traction-drive tilling implement with active working bodies, not creating a high traction resistance and not requiring a large towing weight of aggregated tractor. The analysis of the energy efficiency of soil cultivation using traction-driven tilling implements with active working bodies has been carried out, and theoretical dependences of the coefficient of efficiency of a traction-driven machine-tractor unit has been obtained. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of the unit by reducing slipping of the tractor wheels and losses on rolling of the unit has been determined, which has been achieved by transferring part of the power through the power take-off shaft (PTO) of tractor to the drive working bodies of tilling implement, which compensate for traction resistance of the implement and create a pushing force, reducing the resistance to rolling.
Internal audit is an important management function that covers accounting, financial analysis, and control, compares and evaluates the entity’s actual result achieved and its goals and objectives. Internal audit regularly monitors activities of all control targets, identifies the reasons for deviations from standards, fluctuations from the objectives set for a particular target, to promptly remedy any identified violations. Most of the standards on external audits can be applied to internal audits, for example, those relating to audit planning, the concept of audit risk, assessing the impact of internal control on the reliability of financial statements and others. A distinctive feature of an internal audit standard is that it contributes to the effective management of a company or a group of companies. This paper describes the methods for the internal audit of settlements in the corporate system. The above method will allow verifying the compatibility of analytical and synthetic accounting data, as well as the correlation between indicators reported in different financial reporting forms, at the initial stage and in accordance with the objectives set for any control item of internal audit. Their incompatibility can be indicative of inaccuracies in the reported data. Therefore, if necessary, a 100% check of statements should be conducted by breaking down summary indicators into individual ones. Moreover, the proposed model, made in the form of a chess table, allows to accelerate internal audit, determine the main methods and procedures for its implementation, establish a group of people directly or indirectly related to the identified inconsistencies, and determine the amount of material damage inflicted on entities or individuals. The materiality of errors should be quantitively and qualitatively assessed. For the quantitative assessment, the auditor should compare the errors found and the degree of materiality established at the planning stage. For the qualitative assessment, the auditor should rely on his/her own practical experience and knowledge. When analyzing the errors discovered by the audit, it is necessary to determine the degree of their influence on the reliability of the accounting (financial) statements. The list of audited documents, identified errors, and violations, as well as the auditor’s opinion based on the findings made during the audit, should be recorded in the working documents. Based on the goals, the work done to collect evidence, the matrixes filled out in the table and their analysis, the internal auditor can make a preliminary summary of the results of the internal audit and determine the matters that should be reported in his/her opinion. By applying this method for internal audit of settlements in corporate systems, the degree of compliance with the accounting standards and reporting rules can be determined. The advantage of this technique is that the number of control items is not limited.
